Abstract
PURPOSE:To check the oscillation phenomenon of a circuit and to prevent the current unbalance in switching operation, by connecting saturable reactors separately in series to each switching transistor unit. CONSTITUTION:Switching transistors 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 turn ON and OFF simultaneously by the signals from a base drive circuit 4 and convert DC power from a DC power source 2 to feed it to a load 3. Saturable reactors 15, 25, 35, 45 and 55 are separately connected in series to each switching transistor unit 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 for turning out collectors. The oscillation phenomenon by the junction capacitances 12, 22, 32, 42 and 52 of the transistor with wiring inductances 13, 23, 33, 43 and 53 can thereby be checked.
