PURPOSE:To improve load capacity dependency for change from the H level to the L level, by providing the second emitter follower output transistor having the polarity opposite to that of the first emitter follower output transistor. CONSTITUTION:The second emitter follower transistor TRQ4 is provided to which the base and the collector of emitter follower transistor TRQ3 are connected in common. Diode D1 for level conversion is connected to the emitter of TRQ4, and constant current source I2' is connected between diode D1 and power source VEE, and TRQ5 which has the base connected to connection point A is provided. When TRQ1 changes from turn-off to turn-on, bases of TRs Q3 and Q4 change from the H level to the L level, and according to this change, the emitter of TRQ4 and point A change from the H level to the L level rapidly.
