CONSTITUTION:A 1st switching TR Q1 receiving an input signal, a 2nd switching TR Q2 receiving a reference potential to its base and whose emitter is connected to the emitter of the switching TR Q1, a constant current circuit I connecting to the emitter of the switching TR Q1, Q2, the output signal of the 1st or 2nd switching TR is given to the base of the emitter follower TR Q3 having a multi-emitter, are provided. Thus, the delay in the switching time due to the load capacitance of the output terminal is reduced and the number of components kept the same and the power consumption is not increased thereby improving the drive capability.
