Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the manufacture of a superconductive thin film of dotlike, linear, sheetlike and others with high efficiency, by forming a transcribing layer of superconducting material on a base material, transferring thin transcribing material to a heat-resisting substrate, and then baking the above in an oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A paint of superconducting material is applied to one side of a base material, such as polyester film, and then dried, by which a transcribing material having a transfer layer with superconducting material is formed. Subsequently, the above transcribing material is laid on a heat-resisting substrate so that the transfer-layer side of the transcribing material is in contact with the substrate, which is subjected to heating and pressurization in a die of required shape. Then, the base material (film, etc.) alone is peeled, and a wiring circuit, etc., of the superconducting material are formed on the heat-resisting substrate by means of transcription. By this method,the superconducting thin film excellent in stability, uniformity, and reproducibility can be obtained.
