Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent osmosis of a solvent and to exhaust bubbles contained inside electrodes to upgrade density of metallic particles, by drying the electrodes and a ceramic raw sheet together and next by superposing them to each other to perform heat pressure sticking. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic raw sheet 2 is obtained by coating a substrate with slurry and forming a uniform film. On the other hand a substrate 1' is printed in a prescribed pattern by conductive paste to form electrodes 3. The ceramic raw sheet 2 and the electrodes 3 are dried together to volatilize a solvent inside the electrodes. Next the electrodes 3 are superposed on the ceramic raw sheet and they are pressed/stuck to each other by heating them from above of the substrate 1'. Heat is transmitted from the substrate 1' through the electrodes 3 to the ceramic raw sheet 2. The electrodes 3 are fixed on the ceramic raw sheet 2 by the use of the heat together with pressure. On the other hand a junction surface between the substrate 1' and each electrode 3 is maintained to be on a higher temperature state than that between the electrode 3 and the ceramic raw sheet 2. Therefore resin contained inside the electrodes 3 is easily dissolved and peeled, so that the electrodes 3 are transcribed on the ceramic raw sheet 2 by peeling the substrate 1'.
