Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacture of transfer material which is not affected by a color of the transferred object by continuously forming on a base sheet, a peel-apart layer, a color inking layer, a shield layer comprising an aluminum powder-containing ink and an adhesive ink layer by a printing method in order. CONSTITUTION: By a printing method, a peel-apart layer 2 is first formed on a base sheet 1 and then, a color inking layer 3 is made on the peel-apart layer 2. Additionally, a shield layer 4 comprising an aluminum powder-containing ink is formed on the color inking layer 3. The shield layer 4 is made between the color inking layer 3 and the adhesive ink layer 5. The shield layer 4 which completely shields the color of the transferred object after the transfer printing process is formed so that the color to be realized on the transferred object may not be affected by the color on the transferred object when decorating a plastic container. The shield layer 4 used for the foregoing purpose is made from ink wherein the aluminum powder or the aluminum paste is diffused and mixed with an appropriate volume of resin and solution.
