Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a large quantity of enameled blackboards of good performances provided with dark lines by sticking a transfer sheet formed with patterns of the dark lines and a full solid layer on a steel plate for enamel formed with an under glaze layer by thermocompression bonding. CONSTITUTION:A strippable varnish layer 2 is provided on the surface of a release sheet 1 according to need, and patterns 3 for dark lines are printed thereon with ink contg. glaze for enamel of a dark line color. A full solid layer 4 is formed thereon with ink contg. glaze for enamel controlled to the surface color of the blackboard and an adhesive varnish layer 5 is provided over the entire surface thereof to manufacture a transfer sheet. Description

法に関し、特に、暗線入すの琺瑯製筆記板を容易に製造
する方法に関するものである。従来琺瑯製の黒板または
白板(以下単に黒板とのみ記す)は、その優れた消去性
、耐久性により、広く使用されている。しかし、表面に
暗線加工を施したいわゆる暗線入すの製品は、図表や文
字の筆記がし易いことから潜在的需要が多いにもかかわ
らず、高価なためあまり普及していないのが実情である
。本発明は、従来の製品と性能的に全く変らない暗線入
り琺瑯黒板を大量に安価に製造する方法を提供するもの
である。

リーン印刷により暗線を印刷し、更に1回焼成して仕上
げていた。この方法の欠点は、スクリーン印刷方式が枚
葉印刷であるから連続作業が出来ないこと。焼成回数が
1回増えるため、コストが高くなることである。琺瑯の
焼成が連続ラインである場合には、ラインの途中に印刷
手段を設けて連続で暗線の印刷をする事も可能であるが
、この場合も最終焼成を行わなければならない事の他、
通常、琺瑯の焼成ラインの速度は、普通の印刷に比較し
て著しく低速であるため、印刷そのものが困難であった

(1)を除去した後に全体を焼成して、全面ベタ層と暗
線の図柄とを下釉層と一体化させる。なお焼成の過程に
おいて、接着ニス、剥離ニス、全面ベタ層及び暗線の図
柄中の有機バインダーは熱によって分解し、飛散する。

すると共に、780℃で5分間焼成してコイル状の暗線
入り琺瑯黒板面材を得た。なお、転写速度は5m/分で
あった。

以上の様にして得られた黒板は、外観的には従来の2工
程で作られた製品と全く同様であり、耐摩耗性、消去性
等についても何ら劣るところはない。本発明の方法の効
果として、従来の暗線なしの黒板と同じ焼成回数で暗線
入すの黒板が製造出来るため、従来の暗線入つの黒板に
比較して安価に大量に供給が可能である。また、本発明
の方法によれば何種類かの転写シートを予め用意してお
けば、転写シートの交換だけで簡単に製造品目を変える
事が出来、・極めて能率がよい。また、転写シート自体
も、従来の直吹きのスプレーに比較して高価な釉薬の無
駄かけとんと出ないため、安価に製造出来、コスト的に
有利である。さらに連続で生産可能であるから、いかな
る長さの暗線入り黒板でも製造が可能である。

用釉薬を塗布して下釉層を形成する工程。 ■下釉層の上に必要に応じて転写下地琺瑯層を形成する
工程。 ■鋼板表面の下釉層又は転写下地琺瑯層の上に、前記転
写シートを加熱加圧により圧着せしめる工程。 ■離型シートを除去し、焼成することによって暗線の図
柄部分と全面ペタ層とを下釉層又は転写下地琺瑯層と一
体化せしめる工程。
