Description
本発明は化粧板の製造方法に係わり、特に絵柄
の形状に即した実質的凹部および視覚的凹部の両
方を形成して実物に近い立体感や高い装飾性をも
たせた化粧板の製造方法に関する。
従来、金属板やパーチクルボード、合板、石コ
ウ板、無機質繊維板など各種の化粧板用基材の表
面に木目模様や幾何学模様などの様々の絵柄を付
与した化粧板が多種製造されている。
このうち、最も絵柄の付与が困難とされる金属
板を化粧板用基材とするものとしては、印刷によ
り絵柄層を施したポリ塩化ビニルフイルム、アク
リル樹脂フイルム等を別途に作成し、これを前述
の金属の化粧板用基材に貼り合せるいわゆるラミ
ネートタイプの金属化粧板があり、いまひとつ
は、化粧板用基材に適当な下地塗装を施して基板
面を調整し、その上にグラビアオフセツト印刷法
やスクリーン印刷法を用いて直接印刷するいわゆ
るダイレクトプリントタイプの金属化粧板があ
る。この両者の長所・短所を第1表にまとめると
次の様になる。

BACKGROUND ART A wide variety of decorative laminates have been manufactured in which various patterns such as wood grain patterns and geometric patterns are applied to the surface of various decorative laminate base materials such as metal plates, particle boards, plywood, plasterboards, and inorganic fiberboards. Among these, metal plates, which are considered to be the most difficult to apply patterns to, can be used as base materials for decorative laminates by separately creating polyvinyl chloride films, acrylic resin films, etc. with a pattern layer applied by printing. There is a so-called laminate type metal decorative laminate that is bonded to the metal decorative laminate base material mentioned above.The other method is to apply a suitable base coat to the decorative laminate base material to adjust the substrate surface, and then apply gravure offset on top of that. There is a so-called direct print type metal decorative board that is directly printed using a printing method or a screen printing method. The advantages and disadvantages of both are summarized in Table 1 as follows.

離型処理にて離型層を片面に形成した上質紙か
らなる転写紙ベースに、グラビア印刷方式により
小形方形タイル柄を通常インキ(A)にて印刷し、タ
イルの目地部は撥液性インキ(B)にて形成して転写
絵柄層とした。
(A) 通常インキ
アクリル樹脂バインダー 100重量部
顔 料 200 〃
トルオール(溶剤) 750 〃
(B) 撥液性インキ
アクリル樹脂バインダー 100重量部
顔 料 200 〃
トルオール(溶剤) 750 〃
シリカ粉(マツト剤) 20 〃
シリコンオイル(撥液剤:信越化学(株)製商品名
KP―358) 30 〃
一方、厚さ0.5mmの電気亜鉛めつき鋼板の表面
を脱脂洗浄後、浸漬によるリン酸系化成処理を行
ない、東洋インキ製造(株)製のエポキシ樹脂系プラ
イマー(商品名NMGF1005プライマー)をロー
ルコーター塗装し、280℃90秒間の乾燥を行なつ
て膜厚5ミクロンのプライマー層とした。
次に下地塗装として、東洋インキ製造(株)製のオ
イル無添加ポリエステル系塗料(商品品
NMGF3456)をロールコーター塗装方式で二回
塗布し、280℃90秒間の乾燥にて膜厚15μの半乾
燥状態の下地塗装を施した。しかる後、前記の転
写紙を圧着して絵柄のインキ層を転着し、転写紙
ベースを剥離除去して絵柄の転写を完了した。続
いて、絵柄層の表面全面にトツプコート層として
東洋インキ製造(株)製のオイル無添加ポリエステル
系塗料(商品名NMGF3012)をメツシユロール
コーター塗装方式で一回塗布し、しかる後280℃
90秒間の乾燥を行なつたところ、撥液性インキに
よるタイル目地部においてトツプコート層がはじ
かれて薄くなり、かつその部分が艶消し状態とな
つて、鮮明な凹部が形成された化粧板となつた。

Thereafter, the transfer paper was pressed to transfer the ink layer of the pattern, and the transfer paper base was peeled off to complete the transfer of the pattern. Next, an oil-free polyester paint (product name NMGF3012) manufactured by Toyo Ink Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was applied once as a top coat layer to the entire surface of the pattern layer using a mesh roll coating method, and then heated at 280°C.
After drying for 90 seconds, the top coat layer was repelled and thinned at the tile joints where the liquid-repellent ink was applied, and that area became matte, resulting in a decorative board with clear recesses. Ta.

Claims (1)
刷形成される転写絵柄層の一部または全部をマ
ツト剤とシリコーン系の溌液剤とを含むインキ
で印刷形成してなる転写紙を作成する工程、 b 化粧板用基材の表面に下地塗装を施し、乾燥
ないし半乾燥する工程、 c 前記の転写紙の絵柄層を化粧板用基材の下地
塗装面に転写する工程、 d 化粧板用基材の転写絵柄層の上に透明もしく
は半透明の樹脂を塗布することにより、絵柄中
の溌液剤を含んだ部分にて透明もしくは半透明
の樹脂をはじき、凹部を形成した樹脂塗布層を
設け、しかる後に該樹脂塗布層を乾燥硬化させ
る工程、 上記の工程a〜dを具備することを特徴とする化
粧板の製造方法。 2 化粧板用基材が金属板である特許請求の範囲
