み付け状態を示す斜視図、第５図はドアロツク機
構の回路図、第６図，，は出力杆の作動順
序を示す概略図、第７図，，，，，
，はクラツチ部の作動を示す説明図、第８図は
出力杆のストロークの変形例を示す概略図、第９
図，はストロークを変えた場合の傾動腕の形
状を示す概略図である。 １…電動アクチユエータ、２…ケース、３…出
力杆、３ｃ…溝部、３ｄ…ストツパ部、９…ギヤ
、１０…主軸、１１Ａ，１１Ｂ…ピン、１２…傾
動腕、１３…スプリング、１４…ピン。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケースに固定した主軸により回転自在に保
    持されると共にケース内に設置したモータで回転
    駆動されるギヤと、ケースより突出させた先端部
    を外部操作部材と連結して直線的に往復作動自在
    にケースに取り付けた出力杆の他端部との間に、
    モータの回転力を出力杆に往復作動として伝動す
    る一方、外部操作による出力杆の往復作動はモー
    タに伝動しないクラツチ部を設けたものであつて
    、 上記クラツチ部は、ギヤにピンを突設する一方
    、出力杆には上記ピンと係脱する傾動腕およびス
    トツパ部を設けると共にギヤの主軸を遊嵌する溝
    部を穿設し、モータによるギヤの回転でピンを傾
    動腕と当接させて出力杆を作動させ、該ピンがス
    トツパ部と当接することで停止させる一方、該停
    止位置では出力杆を往復作動させた際に傾動腕お
    よびストツパ部がピンと当接しない位置になり、
    外部操作部材により出力杆をモータと伝動させる
    ことなく作動出来る構成としたことを特徴とする
    電動アクチユエータ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の電動
    アクチユエータにおいて、上記出力杆の作動時に
    、その溝部の端部に、遊嵌した主軸が当接するこ
    とによりストロークエンドに達し、該ストローク
    エンドに達した時に、ピンのみ回転可能となるよ
    うにピンと当接する傾動腕ピンの回転軌跡に対し
    て接線角度となるよう傾動腕の形状を設定したこ
    とを特徴とする電動アクチユエータ。
