  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 多端子の電極を有するデイスプレイパネルとド
    ライバーＬＳＩを実装したテープキヤリアとを異
    方性導電膜を介し熱圧着により接続する表示装置
    に於いて、 前記テープキヤリア上の前記パネルとの接続端
    部の電極が接続部の中央部の電極より細くしたこ
    とを特徴とする表示装置。
