Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 サセプタに載置された状態で反応室内に配され
    る半導体ウエハに対し、上記反応室内に処理用ガ
    スを送り込んで化学的処理を行う半導体ウエハの
    処理装置であつて、 上記サセプタは、所定のピツチ回転角度をもつ
    て回転できるように回転制御されるとともに、そ
    の回転軸心回りに上記ピツチ回転角度と対応する
    間隔をもつて設定された複数のウエハ載置部をも
    つ一方、 先端部に設けられたウエハ支持部を所定の回転
    位置にある上記ウエハ載置部の透孔から上記サセ
    プタの表面に突出させるウエハリフト位置と、こ
    のウエハリフト位置から退避して上記ウエハ支持
    部を上記サセプタの表面下に埋没させる退避位置
    との間を往復移動するウエハリフト体と、 処理前の半導体ウエハをその裏面部をチヤツキ
    ングして上記ウエハリフト位置に位置する上記ウ
    エハリフト体の上記ウエハ支持部に載置する一方
    、処理終了後、ウエハリフト位置に再度進出する
    上記ウエハリフト体に支持される半導体ウエハを
    チヤツキングして上記サセプタから取り出すウエ
    ハ移送手段とを備えていることを特徴とする、半
    導体ウエハの処理装置。
