Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 真空チヤンバーに処理室部と搬入側予備室部
    および搬出側予備室部が一体に設けられると共に
    、前記真空チヤンバー内には、基板を搬入側予備
    室部から処理室部を経て搬出側予備室部へ搬送す
    る基板搬送機構が設けられた構成を特徴とする半
    導体基板の処理装置。 ２ 前記基板搬送機構は、前記真空チヤンバー内
    の中心支柱を支体として回転し、かつ前記処理室
    部と２つの予備室部に連通する真空チヤンバーの
    開口部との対応部位にそれぞれ開口部が設けられ
    た回転円板と、該回転円板の３つの開口部上面に
    それぞれ載置された基板を載せるサセプターと、
    該サセプターのうちの処理室部位のサセプターを
    押し上げる処理室プツシヤーと、２つの予備室部
    位のサセプターと共に基板を昇降させるプツシヤ
    ーおよびピンとを含む実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の処理装置。
