第1図は多シリンダの2プレーンのマニホルド
用で本考案による迅速交換型の噴射器を有する単
点の燃料噴射装置の平面図、第2図は第1図示の
単点の燃料噴射装置の背面図、第3図は第1図示
の単点の燃料噴射装置の正面図、第4図は第1図
の単点の燃料噴射装置の4―4線に沿つた断面図
、第5図は第1図示の単点の燃料噴射装置の5―
5線に沿つた断面図、第6図は第1図の単点の燃
料噴射装置の6―6線に沿つた断面図、第7図は
本考案の迅速交換型の噴射器の一例の断面図であ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内燃機関の噴射点での燃料噴射のための燃
料噴射装置であつて: 燃料の出口オリフイスから軸方向にずらされた
入口オリフイスを含むとともに出口オリフイスと
入口オリフイスとの間にバルブ部材を含む電子的
に制御される噴射器と; 前記噴射点に位置させられて前記噴射器を支持
する噴射器ジヤケツトにして、その噴射器ジヤケ
ツトの内壁により画定されるとともに前記入口オ
リフイスを囲む蓄圧室をその噴射器ジヤケツトが
形成し、その蓄圧室はその内部に満たされた加圧
燃料が前記バルブ部材により計量されて前記噴射
点へ前記出口オリフイスから噴射をされ得るもの
であるようになつている噴射器ジヤケツトとを備
え; 加圧燃料を受け前記蓄圧室へ送る燃料入側伝達
通路と、前記蓄圧室から加圧燃料を送出するため
前記蓄圧室に直結された燃料出側伝達通路とを、
前記噴射器ジヤケツトは有しており、前記燃料入
側伝達通路は前記燃料出側伝達通路とともに燃料
循環の経路を構成して、前記燃料入側伝達通路か
ら前記蓄圧室を通して前記燃料出側伝達通路へと
燃料の略一定の移動を維持するようになされてお
り、 前記燃料循環により燃料に混入している蒸気な
いし泡が前記燃料出側伝達通路へ向かつて移動し
、この混入の蒸気ないし泡の前記燃料出側伝達通
路への移動を促すように、前記燃料出側伝達通路
は前記燃料入側伝達通路に対して高位置にあり、
更に、前記噴射器の前記入口オリフイスは前記燃
料入側伝達通路より下方に位置させられているこ
とを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置
において、前記燃料出側伝達通路が前記燃料入側
伝達通路に対して高位置にある関係は、水平に対
して少くとも15°の角度傾斜した直線状の2つ
の孔道によつてもたらされている燃料噴射装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置
において、前記燃料入側伝達通路が加圧燃料源に
結合されるとともに前記燃料出側伝達通路が圧力
調整器に結合されることにより、前記燃料循環が
略一定の圧で行われる燃料噴射装置。
