Abstract
PURPOSE:To stably manufacture a structure having an insulating layer of substantially the same height as that of a partial superconductor layers by less steps by alternately laminating a plurality of layers with too large or too small amount of oxygen, and heating only the sections to become superconductors. CONSTITUTION:Y1Ba2Cu3O4 layers 4 and Y1Ba2Cu3O8 layers 5 are alternately laminated on a SrTiO3 substrate 3 to form a laminated layer film 6. Then, the film 6 is irradiated with a laser beam 7, and partly quickly heated. Then, the composition of the oxygen of the heated section becomes substantially uniform Y1Ba2, Cu3, O6+delta(0<delta<1)8, and a superconductor having approx. 95K of transition temperature is obtained. A laser beam 7 irradiated to the film 6 is scanned to obtain a superconductor circuit 2 of arbitrary shape.
