Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting coil, in which a superconductor material is not required to be formed into a wire shape, by alternately laminating films comprising a composite oxide superconductive material, in each of which a part is cut, and intermediate films, in each of which a cut part is formed, on the upper surface of a ring shaped substrate. CONSTITUTION:A film 2, comprising a composite superconductive material including CuxOy, in which a part is cut, is formed on the upper surface of a ring shaped substrate 1. An intermediate film 3, in which a part is cut, is formed on the upper surface of the film 2. Another film 2 comprising the same material as said film 2, in which a part is cut, is formed on the upper surface of the intermediate film 3. Both films 2 and 2 are electrically conducted through a connecting part 3A. Thus, the films 2 and the intermediate films 3 are alternately laminated by a plurality of stages. For example, the substrate 1 comprising Al2O3 is set in a vacuum evaporation apparatus. A masking member is used. Laser light is alternately projected on an evaporating source comprising Y1Bz2 Cu3O7-y and an evaporating source for the intermediate film comprising Al2O3. Thus the films of the superconductive material and the intermediate films are alternately laminated.
