Claims (1)
- 加熱台の上に基板を載置固定し、この基板上に
ペレツトを重ね、金シリコン共晶合金により前記
ペレツトを前記基板へ固着するペレツトボンデイ
ング装置の前記基板を加熱するための加熱治具で
あつて、前記加熱台と、この加熱台にあけられた
真空吸着穴を通して前記加熱台に載置された基板
を吸着固定する吸着装置とを備えたことを特徴と
する基板加熱治具。
