性接着剤。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表面と略平行なＰＮ接合と、ＰＮ接合より
深い溝によりｉ行ｊ列（ｉ，ｊは３以上の自然数
）に分離された画素を有する発光ダイオードと、
表面に分断された導電膜を有し該導電膜上に導電
材で前記発光ダイオードを載置した台座と、発光
ダイオードの表面側で前記画素の行（又は列）毎
に配線を施こした金属細線とを具備したマトリク
ス型発光ダイオードにおいて、発光ダイオードの
前記画素の最外周の行及び列以外の（ｉ―２）行
（ｊ―２）列に電流供給路が形成されている事を
特徴とするマトリクス型発光ダイオード。 (2) 前記台座は前記導電膜を有する化合物半導
体からなり前記溝のうち行（又は列）分離用の溝
は台座にも及んで設けられている事を特徴とする
前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマトリ
クス型発光ダイオード。 (3) 前記台座はＧａを含んでおり、前記溝はＰ
Ｎ接合の深さの３倍以上であつてかつ発光ダイオ
ードの厚みの１／２以上の深さを有している事を
特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記
載のマトリクス型発光ダイオード。
