- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電気的に絶縁された島領域表面に形成した一導
電型のアノード（又はカソード）領域と該アノー
ド領域表面に形成した逆導電型のカソード（又は
アノード）領域とを備えたツエナーダイオードに
おいて、 前記アノード（又はカソード）領域を形成する
ための拡散用の開口面積は前記カソード（又はア
ノード）領域を形成するための拡散用の開口面積
と等しいか又はやや大きい面積とし且つ前記アノ
ード（又はカソード）領域の周囲に前記アノード
（又はカソード）領域より拡散深さが浅い一導電
型のベース領域を設けたことを特徴とするツエナ
ーダイオード。
