Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) コレクタ領域； 該コレクタ領域に形成された複数のエミツタ領
域；および 該エミツタ領域とともに前記コレクタ領域内に
形成された複数のベース領域を有する半導体装置
において、 前記コレクタ領域、エミツタ領域、ベース領域
が形成された半導体基板面には絶縁膜が形成され
、該絶縁膜に前記エミツタ領域およびベース領域
に開口する多角形状のエミツタコンタクトホール
およびベースコンタクトホールを有することを特
徴とする半導体装置。 (2) 前記エミツタコンタクトホールおよび前記
ベースコンタクトホールの周縁が互いに平行とな
るようにした請求項１記載の半導体装置。 (3) 前記エミツタコンタクトホールおよび前記
ベースコンタクトホールを四角形とした請求項１
記載の半導体装置。 (4) 前記エミツタコンタクトホールおよび前記
ベースコンタクトホールを八角形とした請求項１
記載の半導体装置。
