Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 下面に複数・円弧状かつ同心状に刻設し、円弧
状の一端は半径方向に一致し、他端は半径方向か
ら段階的に離れている細溝を設け、さらに、半導
体ウエーハを吸着する多数の小孔を前記細溝から
上面まで貫通させた上ステージと、 上面の半径方向に、吸引孔を有する長溝を刻設
した下ステージとを具備し、 上記上、下ステージを衝合して相対的に回転可
能にしたことを特徴とする半導体ウエーハ吸着テ
ーブル。
