【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、包装容器兼用の陣列［１１１に関するもので
ある。
〔従来の技術） プラスデック製包装容器で硬い収容部を備え、所望によ
り一つないしは複数の製品を収める凹部を備え、剥き取
り可能の薄板寸なり１５周辺部のいずれかを引張ること
によ−）で少しずつ列前することのできる薄板で閉じら
れる型式のものは、従来より多数知られていた。
この型式の包装容器において、収容部はポリ塩化ビニル
（Ｐ　Ｖ　Ｃ）製であり、これを閉じる蓋はポリエチレ
ン層で・あり、これとＰｖＣを接合覆ると剥ｍｈ可能ど
なるがポリエチレン層体は柔らかなものである。
〔発明が解決しようとりる問題点） ボり土ヂレンというこの＋Ａお１が硬り４ｆいために、
これらの包装容器は中に収める製品の保護が不十分にな
る。また、包装した製品や商品を接触や衝撃や圧迫から
効果的に保護するＰＶＣ製の硬い底部と蓋を有する包装
容器で、その蓋を少しずつ剥離して底部から引き離すこ
とのできるようなものは、現在までのどころ実現不可能
であった。なお、このにうな蓋は、ＰＶＣとＰＶＣを接
合すると分離することはできなくなるので１剥き取り可
能」と呼ばれている。
本発明の目的は、先にｊ小べた欠点を克服し全体的に硬
いばかりでなく、剥き取り可能の蓋を右する包装容器を
捉供Ｊる。
〔問題を解決するための手段〕
先の目的を達成するため、本発明にかかる包装容器は、
［剥き取り可能」と呼ばれる壁面部によって上部で閉じ
られるＰＶＣ製の硬い底部を備える型の包装容器におい
て、蓋も同様に硬いポリ塩化ビニルで構成し、底部と蓋
の少なくとも−・方が「剥き取り可能」と呼ばれる性質
の薄いポリエチレン層を包装容器内面に備え、その際底
部の硬度は蓋の硬度より高く、弱接合部を少なくとｂ−
・つ右する周囲接合帯によって蓋が底部に固定されてい
ることを特徴と覆る。
好適には、底部と蓋とが１剥き取り可能」な性質のポリ
■ヂレン薄膜を上に貼りつ（〕たポリエチレン層のコー
ディングで成形後に覆われたＰＶＣの薄板ににっで形成
されていることが望ましい。
本発明は、次の特徴を持つ硬い包装容器兼用の陳列皿も
またその対象どする。すなわち、この陳列皿はその少な
くとも−・方が「剥き取り可能」と呼ばれる性質の薄い
ポリエチレン層を内面に有するＰＶＣ製の硬い底部と蓋
とを備える。底部は凹部を備えると共に蓋の硬度より高
い硬度を右し、弱接合部を少なくとも一つ有する周囲接
合帯にＪζつで蓋が底部に固定されていることを特徴と
する。
＝　６− 本発明に係る陳列皿は、あらゆる種類の製品に使用可能
であるが、以下に一例として、食料品殊に「ひとロヂー
ズ」ど呼ばれるタイプの小型チーズへの適用例につき説
明Ｊる。
本発明の別の特徴によれば、底部ど燕どは、形状と人き
ざの等しい対向刃る外側に突き出た二つの耳を持つ平ら
な外周縁部をそれぞれ備え、その際前記縁部は重ね合わ
されて、前記弱接合点が前記耳の基部に緊密に接覆る周
囲接合線で単一に接合されている。
本発明を何ら制限するものではない甲なる一例として添
付図面を参照しながら本発明の実ＦＭ態様を以干訂細に
説明する。
本発明に係る陳列台は、全体の中央縦断平面Ｘ−Ｘに平
行な平面上で外側に延在Ｊる平らな周縁部３および３′
をイれぞれ右りる底部１と蓋２を含む。
図示の実施態様によると、底部１は、彩色または無彩色
の不透明で食品に使用可能なポリ塩化ビニル（ＰＶＣ）
の辞板１０を含む肛合月利で構成される。この混合制別
は、まず公知の方法にＪ、って、たとえば小型チーズ（
−ロヂーズ）を収容するための凹部４を持つように熱成
形され、次に食品に使用可能なポリエチレンのざらに薄
い層１１の」−５インつて覆われ、最１料（ここの層１
１の」二に「剥き取り可能」と定４（される質の薄いポ
リエヂレン薄膜１２が圧着合成によって貼着される。
底部は断面がＵ字形またはそれに類似の形をした周囲溝
５を備えていると好都合で・あり、この周囲溝は凹部４
ど同様の手段で凹部４と同時に形成されるのが好適であ
る。
図示のように、渦５は底部の周縁部３′に直接接してｄ
３す、前記縁部に対して内側に位置覆る３゜ 蓋２は、中空で鐘形をしてＪ３す、これも底部１と同様
の涙金月利で透明に構成される。
この蓋の聞目部の広さは、底部１の縁部３′と形状も大
ぎさも等しい縁部３によって制限される。
＝　８− 縁部３および３−はいずれも、縁部３および３−の平面
上をそれぞれ外側に延在づ−る対向Ｊる二つの耳６およ
び６′を備λている。
図示の例ににるど、■６おＪ：び６　”　ＬＬ丸みを帯
びた形状をなしこの形状はＩ長形、長方形、その他の形
状を採りうる。
同様に、凹部４についても、ぞの形状や数が図示の例と
異なり得るのは勿論である。
縁部３および３′は、縁部上の連続した帯７に沿って接
合または接着されるが、その際高周波や熱を使用しない
別の適切な方法を用いるのが望ましい。この帯の幅は包
装容器の周辺部のいずれにおいても一定であるが、耳６
および６−の部分は例外で、この部分では、互いに剥き
取り可能なポリＴヂレン薄膜の接合部は、著しく幅の狭
い部分８によっ（構成される接合の弱い部分となってお
り、その結果ひとつに接合されていイ１い耳６および６
′というかなり大ぎな部分が残ることになり、また、第
３図に示されているように、これらの耳を引きＨして掴
み、接合部７の弱接合部８で逆向きに引張ることがて・
さ゛るにうになる。
このようにして、蓋を少しずつ剥Ｍ１．７１−ることに
よって陳列皿を容易に聞くことができる。
蓋２は参照符号９に示されるような角錐形または内針形
の内側向ぎの突出部を少なくとも一個備え、所望に応じ
て濃縮した月１１をＺｌの内面に集中でさ′るようにＪ
ることが好ましい。
底部の溝５に類似した手段を備えでいないため、器は底
部はど硬＜　’、ｒ　＜　、　’どの結果、陣列器間口
部の剥離が容易になっている。さらに、蓋の厚みは皿の
厚みより幼り、蓋と冊の厚みの割合は７対１０稈痕、Ｉ
ことえば縣は７出で底部は５００川とするのが好ましい
。
本発明に係る陳列皿は硬いので、チーズのようなもろい
製品を包装しｉｎね合わ１！でも破損の虞れはない。
〔発明の効果〕
このようにして作られた陳列皿は、硬く気密性が高い。
したがって、接合部に陳列面を不活性気体でｉｌｌにし
ておくのが望ましく、ぞうすれば陳列面の中に収容した
製品を確実に長期間保存覆ることがひきる。
当然ながら、本発明は第２図に一例どして平面図を示し
た形状に限定されるものではイ１く、この形状は円形や
楕円形−ｂｂ＜はイの他の形状を採ることｂＣさ゛る。
さらに、装飾用や広告用の模様を皿にイ」加することも
できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 （１）剥き取り可能な壁面部によって上部で閉塞される
    ポリ塩化ビニル製の硬性の底部を備える型の包装容器か
    らなり、蓋（２）も同様に硬いポリ塩化ビニル製であり
    、底部（１）と蓋（２）の少なくともいずれか一方が「
    剥き取り可能」と呼ばれる性質の薄いポリエチレン層（
    １２）を包装容器内面に備え、底部 （１）の硬度は蓋（２）の硬度より高く、弱接合部（８
    ）を少なくとも一個所有する周囲接合帯（７）によつて
    蓋が底部に固定されることを特徴とする包装容器。 （２）硬性の陳列皿からなり、その少なくとも一方が剥
    き取り可能な性質の薄いポリエチレン層（１２）を内面
    に有するポリ塩化ビニル製の硬い底部（１）と蓋（２）
    とを備え、底部（１）は凹部（４）を備えるとともに蓋
    （２）の硬度より高い硬度を右し、弱接合部（８）を少
    なくとも一個所有する周囲接合帯（７）によって蓋（２
    ）が底部に固定されることを特徴とする硬い陳列皿。 （３）剥き取り可能な性質のポリエチレン薄膜（１２）
    を上に貼りつけたポリエチレン層 （１１）のコーテイングで成形後に覆われたポリ塩化ビ
    ニルの薄板（１０）によつて底部（１）と蓋（２）とを
    形成することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項または
    第２項記載の包装容器兼用の陳列皿。 （４）底部（１）と蓋（２）とが形状と大きさの等しい
    対向する外側に突き出た二つの耳（６、６′）を持つ平
    らな外周縁部（３、３′）をそれぞれ備え、底部はさら
    に前記縁部（３′）に直接接して前記縁部に対して内側
    にある断面がＵ字形またはそれに類似の形をした溝 （５）を備えていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    ３項記載の陳列皿。 （５）底部の前記周縁部（３′）が前記皿の平面と平行
    な平面に延在することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第４
    項記載の陳列皿。 （６）接合帯（７）の前記弱接合部が前記帯の幅の狭い
    部分（８）によって構成されていることを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第３項記載の陳列皿。 （７）底部（１）が彩色または無彩色の不透明なもので
    あり、蓋（２）は中空で透明な材料で作られており、角
    錐形または円錐形の突出部（９）を少なくとも一個内側
    に備えていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項乃
    至第６項のいずれか１項に記載の陳列皿。 （８）陳列皿が不活性気体で満たされていることを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第１項乃至第７項のいずれか１項
    に記載の陳列皿。 （９）特許請求の範囲第１項乃至第８項のいずれか１項
    に記載される陳列皿すなわち包装容器の製造に用いる混
    合材料からなり、この混合材料は剥き取り可能な性質の
    ポリエチレン薄膜（１２）を圧着合成で上面に貼着した
    ポリエチレン層（１１）とコーティングで上面に貼着し
    た硬いポリ塩化ビニル薄板（１０）とからなることを特
    徴とする混合材料。
