Claims (19)

  1. 용기는 밀봉되는 겹침층면 이음매(42) 및 상단부(22)와 소망하는 물품(F)을 용기내로 채운후에 밀봉될 저단부(24)를 가진 실질적으로 부채모양(B)의 시이트재
    (50,50a,50b)를 감음으로써 형성된 평편한 원추형으로 이루어지며; 상기 시이트재는 용기를 개봉하기 위하여 판단하므로써 제거될 파단면(32,32a)의 테를 상기 원추둘레에 제공하기 위하여 적합하고, 원추 측면 이음 매염 윗겹침 단부(26)는 그것을 제거하는데 사용하기위한 파단편의 연장으로서 돌출하는손잡이(30)을 가지며, 원추의 상단부 및 저단부 사이에서 신장되도록 시이트재내에 미리 형성된 한쌍의 대향 벤자국선(38)을 따라서 평편해지고, 그리고 개개의 벤자국선을 용기의 두께를 부여하기 위하여 한쌍의 간격을 두고 떨어진 분기선(40,40b)내로 그 중간부에서 분기되는 것을 특징으로 하여 이루어지는 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  2. 파단편(32,32a)의테는 용기의 상단부(22)는 및 저단부(24)의 중간에 위치됨으로써 용기는 파단편의 제거시에 저단부를 포함하는부분과 저부분을 포함하는 또다른 부분으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  3. 시이트재(50)는 최소한 종이(52) 및 유체에 스며들지 않는 물질의 필름 또는 박(54)의 적층물이며, 종이는 용기의 바깥쪽 층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 기타 식품용 개방용이 한 종이용기.
  4. 파단편(32,32a)은 시이트재(50,50a,50b)는 종이(52)내에 형성된 한쌍의 편행으로 간격을 둔 벤자국(34)의 의하여 경계를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 과자, 기타식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  5. 벤자국(34)는 종이(52)의 외측면내에 종이의 두께보다 작은 깊이까지 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 4기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  6. 파단편(32)은 시이트재(B)가 감겨지지 않을 때에는 직선으로 신장하며 그리고 상기 물질은 파단편이 신장되는 것과 같은 방향으로 배향되는 플래스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  7. 시이트재(50a,50b)는 또한 배향 플래스틱의 층(54)위에 놓여지는 열―밀봉성 물질의 층(58)으로 이루어짐으로써, 용기의 겹침측면 이음매(42), 상단부(22) 및 저단부(24)가 열밀봉성 물질의 층(58)에 의하여 가열 밀봉될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방 용이한 종이용기.
  8. 시이트재(50b)는 또한 가스에 스며들지 않는 물질의 층(60)으로 이루어지며, 상기 층은 배향 플레스틱의 측(54) 및 열―밀봉성 물질의 층(58)사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 7기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  9. 측면 이음매(42)의 밀겹침 단부(28)는 밑겹침 단부를 따라 신장하는 일정한 두께 및 일정한 폭의 스카이브(64)를 제공하도록 벗겨진 그 외측면을 가지며, 상기 스카이브는 시이트재의 스카이브되지 않는 부분(68)과 동일 평면의 접기(66)를 제공하도록 바깥쪽으로 두개로 겹쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 과자, 기타식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  10. 박리제의 층(76)은 스카이브(64)의접기(66)와 바로 인접하며 그리고 측면 이음매(42)의 윗겹침 단부(26)로부터 돌출하는 손잡이(30)밑에 놓여지는 밀겹침 단부(28)의 스카이브되지 않는 부분(68)의 외측면의 부분위에 형성됨으로써, 손잡이는 측면 이음매의 밀봉에도 불구하고 밑겹침 단부에 대한 점착으로부터 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 9기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  11. 손잡이(30)와 직각 방향의 박리제층(76)의 치수(W2)는 손잡이의 폭(W1)보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 10기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  12. 접혀진 스카이브(64,66)의 전체두께(T1)는 시이트부재의 두께(T2)보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 9기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  13. 스카이브(64)의 접기(66)는 손잡이(30)위에서 끌어당길때 접기의 파단을 촉진하도록 그 단부(72) 내에 형성된 한쌍의 간격을 두고 떨어진 노치(78)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 9기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  14. 스카이브(64)의 접기(66)의 단부(72)내의 노치의 쌍 사이에서의 거리(D1)는파단편(32)의 폭(D2)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 13기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  15. 측면 이음매(42)의 윗겹침 단부(26)는 손잡이 (30)의 양쪽위에 한쌍의 노치(36)를 그 내부에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  16. 한쌍의 벤자국선(38)의 분기(40)는 용기의 상단부 부분(46)의 반대측과 용기의 축선(X―X)사이의 각도(θ1)가 용기의 다른 부분의 반대측 및 용기의 축선간의 각도(θ2)보다 작게 만들기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 과자, 기타식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  17. 원추의 상단부(46) 및 다른 부분 사이에 경계에서 각쌍의 분기선(40)사이에 횡적으로 신장하는 추가의 벤자국선(48)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 16기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방 용이한 종이용기.
  18. 각쌍의 분기선(40)은 서로 평행으로 간격을 둔 관계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
  19. 각쌍의 분기선(40b)은 서로 가운데가 불룩하게 떨어져 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 과자, 기타 식품용 개방용이한 종이용기.
