Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 昇降駆動可能な可動盤を固定盤に対して接
    近、離間せしめ、該可動盤と該固定盤との間で所
    定の成形型により成形操作を行なうようにした竪
    型成形機であつて、 前記可動盤または所定の静止部材に直接若しく
    は間接的に立設せしめられた、少なくとも１段の
    係合部を備えたクランプロツドと、 前記所定の静止部材または前記可動盤に位置固
    定に設けられた、該クランプロツドの係合部に係
    合可能な係合位置と、該係合部に係合しない退壁
    位置との間で移動可能であつて、該係合位置に向
    かつて常時付勢され、前記可動盤の上昇に伴う前
    記クランプロツドの相対的な移動を許容する一方
    、該クランプロツドの前記係合部との係合によつ
    て、該可動盤の下降に伴う該クランプロツドの相
    対的な移動を阻止する係止手段と、 前記係止手段を前記係合位置への付勢力に抗し
    て該係合位置から前記退避位置へ強制的に退避せ
    しめ、前記クランプロツドの係合部に対する該係
    止手段の係合を解除して、該クランプロツドの相
    対的な移動を許容せしめる係合解除手段とを、 有することを特徴とする竪型成形機。 (2) 前記係合解除手段が油圧シリンダであり、
    前記係止手段が該油圧シリンダによつて前記退避
    位置へ略水平方向に強制的に退避せしめられるも
    のである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の竪
    型成形機。 (3) 前記係止手段及び／又は前記クランプロツ
    ドの係合部が傾斜面を有し、該係止手段が、前記
    可動盤の上昇に伴う該クランプロツドの相対的な
    移動に伴つて、該傾斜面に沿つて略水平方向に退
    避せしめられるようにされた実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項または第２項記載の竪型成形機。 (4) 前記係止手段が、それぞれの基端部におい
    て一軸回りに回動可能に支持された長手状の一対
    の回動部材と、それぞれの一端において該一対の
    回動部材の長手方向中間部に回動可能に連結され
    、且つ他端において相互に回動可能に連結された
    一対の連結部材とを有し、該一対の連結部材の相
    互に連結された連結部の移動位置に応じて前記一
    対の回動部材の先端部が前記クランプロツドを挟
    んで相互に接近、離間せしめられるようになつて
    いるものであり、該一対の先端部が相互に接近せ
    しめられた状態において、該一対の先端部が該ク
    ランプロツドの前記係合部に係合可能な係合位置
    に移動せしめられる一方、相互に離間せしめられ
    た状態において、該係合部に係合しない退避位置
    に移動せしめられるようになつているものである
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項の何れ
    かに記載の竪型成形機。 (5) 前記一対の回動部材が、それらの間に配設
    されたコイルスプリングによつて前記クランプロ
    ツドの係合部を係合せしめられるように相互に付
    勢されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載
    の竪型成形機。
