Claims (1)
- リンク機構の基端部がダイカストマシンの固定
ダイプレート側に回動可能に支持され、そのリン
ク機構の自由端にスプレー取付部が設けられ、リ
ンク機構の一部がカム部材と連結されており、リ
ンク機構の前記基端部を回動することにより、前
記カム部材の案内によりリンク機構の前記自由端
の軌跡が、スプレーの先端部が少なくとも両金型
間を抜け出るまでは直進運動し、抜け出たのちに
スプレーの先端部が固定ダイプレートの上方に退
避するように円弧運動をして、その直進運動から
円弧運動に変わる時点でリンク機構の基端部がそ
れの自由端の水平高さより低く固定ダイプレート
側に位置するように構成されていることを特徴と
するダイカスト用スプレー装置。
