Claims (1)
- 鍛造プレスの金型に潤滑剤及び冷却剤を吹付け
るスプレーノズル装置において、一方のダイホル
ダーの側壁に取付けた固定フレームと、該固定フ
レームにダイホルダーの金型取付け面に対して垂
直方向で金型に向つて回動自在に支持された二つ
のレバーと、それらのレバー先端に回動自在に連
結された移動フレームとで平行リンク機構を構成
し、前記移動フレームにパイプサポートを介して
先端にノズルが取付けられたノズルサポートパイ
プを前記平行リンクの揺動方向に沿つて取付け、
前記固定フレームに支持された一方のレバー軸に
屈折リンクの一端を連結すると共に、該屈折リン
クの他端を他方のダイホルダーに着脱自在にピン
連結したことを特徴とするプレス金型の移動ノズ
ル装置。
