  1. 樹脂モールドの半導体装置において、外部リー
    ドをプリント基板へ実装する際に半田溶着時の発
    熱からモールド樹脂を保護するために樹脂モール
    ド部をプリント基板から離間させる外部リードの
    段差をリードフレームの外部リードとの間のダム
    部を斜めにカツトして形成したことを特徴とする
    半導体装置。
