Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外部の熱負荷と接触するエキスパンダと、この
    エキスパンダ内を往復動しかつ内部に蓄冷器を備
    えたデイスプレーサと、デイスプレーサを上記エ
    キスパンダ内で往復動させるデイスプレーサ駆動
    手段とからなり、上記デイスプレーサにより区切
    られた可変容量空間に、送り込まれるガスをデイ
    スプレーサの往復動により断熱膨脹させ、エキス
    パンダを所望の超低温状態に冷却するガス冷凍機
    において、 前記デイスプレーサの外周面あるいはエキスパ
    ンダの内周面にシール効果を備えた低摩擦剤をコ
    ーテイングすることにより、上記デイスプレーサ
    外周面とエキスパンダ内周面との間を気密にシー
    ルしたことを特徴とするガス冷凍機。
