Claims (1)
- シリンダ５２内で往復動するデイスプレーサ１
０，３０を駆動するために連結されたガス駆動式
片ロツド型ピストン４１を具備したガスサイクル
冷凍機において、前記ピストン４１の上下に上部
空間（第一室）１４と下部空間（第四室）４０を
形成し、前記上部空間１４をその途中に流量調節
機構４４を設けた給排気通路４３を介して給排気
制御用ロータリーバルブ４に接続し、前記下部空
間４０はその途中に流量調節機構４６を設けた給
排気通路４５を介して冷媒用ガス圧縮機の低圧通
路（吸込側）に接続したことを特徴とするガスサ
イクル冷凍機。
