Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダと前記シリンダ内に装架されたピスト
    ンとの間に画成された作動室の容積が、電動機に
    より前記ピストンが往復動することにより、減少
    および増大を繰り返し、前記作動室の容積の減少
    時および増大時、夫々、圧縮機の吐出口および吸
    入口と連通するようにして冷媒が圧縮および膨脹
    を繰り返すようにした極低温冷凍機において、前
    記圧縮機の吐出口から吐出される冷媒の圧力を検
    知するセンサー、前記センサーと連結され、電気
    信号として受け入れた前記冷媒の圧力と基準値と
    を比較するマイクロ・コンピユータ、および前記
    比較の結果に応じて前記電動機の駆動を制御する
    駆動回路を設けてなる、極低温冷凍機。
