Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 シリンダブロツクのシリンダボア内にピスト
    ンを往復摺動可能に収容し、該シリンダブロツク
    の端面に対し、吸入口と吐出口を開口したバルブ
    プレートを介して吸入室と吐出室を形成するハウ
    ジングを接合固定し、前記シリンダブロツクとバ
    ルブプレートとの間には前記吸入口と対応する部
    分に吸入弁を起伏可能に切り込み形成し、かつ前
    記吐出口と対応する部分にシリンダボア内の圧縮
    ガスを吐出口へ導く開口部を設けた吸入弁形成板
    を介在し、さらに前記バルブプレートの背面には
    前記吐出口と対応して吐出弁を設け、前記ピスト
    ンの往復動により冷媒ガスの吸入・圧縮動作を行
    うようにしたピストン式圧縮機において、前記吸
    入弁形成板の開口部の少なくとも一部を前記吐出
    口の内側に張り出す突出部としたピストン式圧縮
    機の脈動・騒音抑制構造。 2 前記突出部は吐出口の径よりも小さい円形状
    に、かつ同心状に形成されている実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項に記載のピストン式圧縮機の脈動
    ・騒音抑制構造。 3 前記突出部は鋸歯状に形成されている実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第2項に記載のピストン式圧縮
    機の脈動・騒音抑制構造。
