Claims (1)
- 印刷基板上にＩＣチツプを実装し、非導電性の
樹脂で表面をコーテイングしてなるハイブリツド
ＩＣにおいて、上記ＩＣチツプおよびボンデイン
グワイヤを内包するように保護キヤツプを被せ、
保護キヤツプを印砕基板上に接着し、表面を非導
電性の樹脂でコーデイングしたことを特徴とする
ハイブリツドＩＣ。
