Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. イオンビームを偏向器で偏向させ試料上を描画
    する集束イオンビーム描画装置において、対物レ
    ンズの上部に描画用偏向器、前記対物レンズの下
    部に斜め照射用偏向器を設け、前記描画用偏向器
    には試料上の基準描画範囲内の描画信号を供給し
    、前記斜め照射用偏向器には、イオンビームを試
    料に斜め照射させるための信号と、試料上の基準
    描画範囲を移動させる偏向信号とが重畳して供給
    されるように構成したことを特徴とする集束イオ
    ンビーム描画装置。
