Claims (1)
- 真空容器と、当該真空容器に設けられていて試
料をドライエツチングするエツチング手段と、前
記真空容器またはそれにつながる他の真空容器に
取り付けられていて試料にイオンビームを照射す
るイオン源と、試料を当該イオン源によるイオン
ビーム照射領域から前記エツチング手段によるエ
ツチング領域へ移動させる移動手段とを備えるこ
とを特徴とするエツチング装置。
