Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、使い捨ておむつに関する。
使い捨ておむつは一般的には周知であり、衛生
用品として、特に乳幼児の大小便吸収用として漸
次市場に出回つている。予め形を整えもしくは折
り畳んである一回分のおむつであつて、多孔性表
層、液密性基材シートおよびこれらに挾持された
高吸収性バツトより成り、補助的な止め具もしく
はパンツが不要でしかも使い捨て可能なものは特
に普及している。このようなおむつがますます普
及するとしても、なお改良を要する点は、一層良
好かつ好適な着用性を獲得することである。この
着用性の問題に関し母親達との話合いによつて、
次のことが確かめられた。すなわち、母親達はな
るべくかさ張らずできるだけ快適に子供の身体に
合うおむつを求める反面、美観上の可否以上に、
腰部および股ないし大腿部においてなるべく漏れ
を生じないおむつを現実に必要としている。
かつて商業的に成功し得た着用性改善の試み
は、長方形のおむつを幾何学的に折り畳み股当て
部の見かけ幅を減少させ、子供に着用し易くして
いた。このような従来の折畳技術には二様あり、
それぞれ以下の代表例が見い出し得る。すなわ
ち、ダンカン（Duncan）他の米国再発行特許
26151号では、長方形のおむつに相互に平行する
縦方向の箱ひだを形成しさらにその両側に沿つ
て、これと遊動的に重なるフラツプを設けてい
る。また、フルベツキー（Hrubecky）の米国特
許第3196874号では、長方形のおむつの股当て部
に三角形の折り返しを設けている。これらの予め
折り畳んだ構造はおむつを子供に着用し易いもの
としている反面、使用時の漏れを根絶もしくは減
少させる上でなおいくつかの不都合を有してい
る。すなわち、第一に、これらの予め折り畳んだ
長方形おむつを使用すると両脚間に余分なかさば
りがあり不快感を生じる。第二に、これらの長方
形おむつのひだは通常直線的であり、使い捨てお
むつのこの構造が身体に追随しないので、臀部も
しくは大腿部に十分密着して着用することができ
ず、しばしば上記二個所で不都合な隙き間を生
じ、漏れの原因となる。第三に、子供に着用した
とき、この長方形おむつの側縁は身体に追随せず
に腰当て部の脇を引き下げる傾向があり、そのた
め腰正面でおむつに隙き間を生じそこから漏れを
生じ得る。
また、股当て部の吸収性パツドの幅を減らすな
どして両脚間のかさばりをなくそうとの試みもあ
つたが、使い捨ておむつを構成する材料の追随性
が比較的悪いためこれもまた、大腿部でぴつたり
する着用性を得るのがむづかしく依然として不都
合な隙き間を生じる。しかも、吸収性パツド部材
の幅が小さくなると股当て部の有効吸収能が削減
され、これは新たな漏れの原因となる。すなわ
ち、吸収材料の分量が減ると、優秀な吸収能を一
番必要とするおむつの部位において、尿を十分に
吸収し得なくなる。細幅の股当て部におけるこの
ような隙き間をなくすとの一つの提案が、ビユエ
ル（Buell）の米国特許第3860003号に見い出され
る。すなわち、おむつ側縁に、弾力を持たせた薄
肉の軟質フラツプを設けて、弾性部外縁から股当
て部の吸収性パツド端までの幅が少くとも3/4イ
ンチであるようにする。この改良案によれば、弾
性体の張力の作用により変形容易なフラツプを両
脚に押しつけ密着させるので、大腿部における一
応のシールは得られるものの、上記特許記載の構
造を有するおむつを試験した母親達はいくつかの
不服を唱えた。すなわち、第一に、排渫物がおむ
つ側縁の近傍に集まり、しばしばフラツプと皮膚
との界面に浸透し、皮膚の炎症を発生する場合も
あり、しかも、弾性体がフラツプを皮膚に押しつ
けているので事態は一層悪い。第二に、必要上股
当て部のパツド幅を少さくして所望の幅のフラツ
プを設けているので、有効吸収材料の分量が少な
いだけ使用時に過度に湿潤し、フラツプ中に存在
する弾性体が両脚部で一応しつかりとシールして
いるようでも、なお若干の漏れを生じる。第三
に、幅の狭くなつたパツドが過度に湿潤すると、
団子になつたり破砕したりして、パツドの未使用
部分への排渫流体の浸透を妨げがちである。
タスカー（Tasker）の古い米国特許第2273542
号は使い捨ておむつに関し次のように提案してい
る。すなわち、長方形おむつをもつとよく両脚の
周りに密着させるために、側縁を全長にわたつて
弾性化し縦方向に伸縮可能とする。この構造にお
いては、弾性体がおむつの全幅にわたる横断皺襞
を形成し、かかるおむつを子供に着用すれば、こ
れらの皺襞が広がつて股当て部に袋を形成すると
のことである。確かにその通りではあるが、おむ
つが完全な長方形である以上、大腿間においてな
お余分なかさばりと広がりを有し、そのため脚の
動きに従つておむつがずり落ち腰部に隙間を生じ
がちである。また、弾性体が全長にわたるので、
腰部で留めるのがむずかしくなる。
本発明は、股当て部の吸収性パツドを腰当て部
に比して細幅にして横方向にかさばらぬようにし
た改良型使い捨ておむつに関する。本発明のおむ
つは、細幅の股当て部側縁に沿つてのみ弾力を与
え、脚に追随し易くしかも有効吸収能を向上せし
めたものである。本発明においては、バツト側縁
に密接して弾性体を取り付け、さらに、その部所
でバツト表面を、表面シートもしくは基材シート
に接着して一体構造としているので、バツトは弾
性体の収縮に伴い強制的に収縮し、その結果、縦
方向に圧縮されて股当て部に太い横断皺襞を形成
し、そのため、この部所のバツトの有効吸収能も
増大している。弾性化側縁を細幅股当て部のみに
限ることにより、おむつバツトの股当て部のみに
横断皺襞を形成し、腰部における隙き間の生成を
抑制し得る。
本発明の使い捨ておむつは、一般的に、多孔性
表面シート、液密性基材シートおよびこれらのシ
ートで挾持されかつ両シートの少くとも一方に接
着された高吸収性バツトから成る使い捨て式のお
むつである。
本発明のおむつは、通常縦長であり、子供への
着用時に腰部囲繞手段となる実質的に平面的な部
分を両端に有し、さらに、これらの間にあつて上
記の平面的腰当て部に結合している実質的にこれ
より細幅で非平面的な股当て部を有する。細幅の
股当て部は弾性的に伸長する装置の作用により縦
方向に収縮しており、この伸長装置は細幅の股当
て部の両側縁近傍で基材シートもしくは表面シー
トに固定してある。おむつの各構成部材を少くと
も股当て部で互いに接着し、弾性体の収縮時すな
わち非伸長時に股当て部の全幅にわたつて多数の
横断皺襞を形成するようにする。
細幅股当て部の横寸法は腰当て部の横寸法の所
定のパーセント範囲、すなわち、後で定義する有
効腰回り寸法の約30〜46％好ましくは35〜40％の
範囲内にある。
細幅股当て部の完全伸長時の縦寸法も、おむつ
の完全伸長時縦寸法の所定のパーセント範囲、す
なわち、約30〜75％の範囲内にあることが好まし
く、60％が最も好ましい。
本発明のおむつの着用性をさらに改善するため
には、広幅腰当て部から細幅股当て部へ移行する
側縁の形状が凹弧を成すようにすればよい。おむ
つ背面部には通常締結用テープを取りつけておく
が、この背面部に位置する移行弧の形状は、後記
に定義する全腰回り寸法の20〜22％の半径を有す
る円弧であることが好ましい。上記移行弧の弧長
は、中心角によつて定義され、約45〜50゜が好ま
しい。反対側のおむつ正面部に位置する移行弧の
形状寸法は、全腰回り寸法の９〜11％の半径を有
する円弧で中心角約65〜75゜のものが好ましい。
本発明の他の構成、目的および効果は、以下の
記載および添付した図面より明らかである。
第１図の平面図ならびに第２図および第５図の
断面図に示す如く、本発明のおむつの好適態様は
縦長で大汎Ｉ字形をしており、透液性表面シート
１２、液密性基材シート１４および表面シートと
基材シートとに挾持された高吸収性バツト１６を
有する。
おむつは両端の腰当て部１７および１８と両腰
当て部の間に設けらた中央の細幅股当て部２０と
に分かれている。使用時にこの腰当て部１７を子
供の背面にあてるが、以下ではこれをおむつ背面
部と称することもある。また、部材１８は正面に
あてるが、以下ではこれをおむつ正面部と称する
こともある。締結用に、公知の感圧テープ１９を
部材１７の端縁近傍で基材シートに装着しておく
が、他の適当な締結装置を使用することもでき
る。通常このようなテープはおむつ背面部付近に
装着しておく。吸収性バツト１６の一面は、少く
とも股当て部２０において基材シート１４もしく
は表面シート１２に接着しておく。好ましくは、
吸収性バツトは股当て部において基材シート１４
に接着しておく。かかる接着は、両面感圧テープ
の小片、溶融性接着剤もしくは感圧接着剤の小
片、全面的もしくは部分的熱シール、または接着
剤をぬり付けること等によりなし得る。通常、バ
ツトを接着したシートが、バツト側縁近傍に配設
された弾性手段２２の作用により縦方向に収縮す
るとき、バツトもこれに巻き込まれて収縮するよ
うに接合しなければならない。
おむつの細幅股当て部２０の各側縁には縦長の
弾性手段２２を設け、伸長させたままで股当て部
２０の全長にわたり基材シート１４もしくは表面
シート１２に固定する。第１図において、この全
長は点２３および２４の間である。弾性手段の自
由端２６はこれらの点より外側に位置し、両シー
トのいずれとも締結されず、おむつの完成品にお
いては弛緩しており、最終的な構造において何ら
の機能をも有しない。弾性手段は、製造工程にお
いて製造上の便宜のため連続している時のみ十分
に伸張し張力を有している。おむつが第１図に示
す如き完全伸長状態にあるのは、製造工程にあつ
て一連のおむつが相互に結合し連続ストリツプを
形成している時のみである。この連続ストリツプ
を切断し個々のおむつにすると弾性手段も切断さ
れて張力を失ない完全伸長状態から収縮して、第
２図および第４図に示す如くおむつの股当て部を
弾性化部所で収縮させる。腰当て部１７および１
８には張力をかけた弾性部材がないので、これら
は第２図および第４図に示す通り収縮せず実質的
に平板もしくは平面的でる。細幅股当て部２０が
両側縁の収縮した弾性手段の作用により収縮する
と、股当て部に多数の太い横断皺襞２５が生成す
る。換言すれば、股当て部２０は長さが減少する
が、それでもなお同量の吸収材料を含んでいる。
かくして、股当て部の吸収性バツトは、相互に隣
接して横断皺襞を形成している山と谷により効果
的に厚みを増し、従つて、同一原厚を有しかつ初
期の平面状態にあるバツトに比し、単位面積当り
の吸収能が大きくなる。
おむつの股当て部の吸収能を実質的に増大させ
るばかりでなく、これらの皺襞を形成するパツド
部材のクツシヨン作用は、伸長した弾性手段２２
の圧迫を幾分軽減する効果を有する。この効果
は、おむつの着用時に弾性手段がおむつを子供の
皮膚に押しつけ密着させる部所に現われる。従つ
て、子供へのおむつ着用時に、弾性手段が若干伸
張し張力を持つても、吸収パツドに残存する横断
皺襞が緩衝材として作用し弾性体により皮慮にへ
こみやあとがつく可能性が減少する。これらの皮
慮のへこみやあとは、従来法の如く張力を有する
弾性手段が薄肉の軟質フラツプの一部を成し皮膚
に一層密接に接触している場合には、余計に発生
し易い。
第６図によれば、本発明のおむつが折り畳んで
包装に極めて適するようにすることができること
などが判る。弾性体により細幅股当て部の寸をつ
めるとおむつは表面シートを内側にして自ら横に
半折するように成る。また、腰当て部側縁から突
出した耳は容易に内方へ折り込み得る。さらに起
伏のある股当て部が平面的な腰当て部より実質的
に厚肉なので、内方へ折り込んだ腰当て部は薄肉
の平面部と調和して、包装用にきつちり畳んだお
むつとなり、畳んだ形態での厚みが実質的に一様
となる。
第７図の概形平面図に、好適なおむつの構成に
関し、いくつかの寸法を示す。本図に示す如く、
W1およびW2はそれぞれ背面および正面の腰当て
部の横寸法（幅）を表わし、本態様から判る通
り、両横寸法は等しくかつ間の股当て部より大き
い。Ｌは、おむつの伸長時の全縦寸法（全長）を
示す。CLは、股当て部の縦寸法（長さ）すなわ
ち弾性化部分の点２３および２４間の有効縦寸法
を示す。P1およびP2はそれぞれ背面および正面の
腰当て部の縦寸法を示す。R1およびR2は、円弧
の半径を示し、それぞれ背面および正面の、広幅
腰当て部の直線的側縁から細幅股当て部の側縁へ
移行するおむつ側縁の曲線を決定する。中心角α
はおむつ背面部の移行曲線の弧長を決定し、中心
角βはおむつ正面部の移行曲線の弧長を決定す
る。
本発明のおむつの開発に際し、股当て部、特に
その吸収性バツトの横寸法が、脚部漏出すなわち
大腿部の漏れを抑制しすぐれて合理的なおむつの
着用性に著しく影響を与えることが判つた。ま
た、股当て部横寸法の好適範囲がおむつの有効腰
回り寸法と明確な関係にあることも判明した。換
言すれば、各腰寸法に対して股当て部の最適寸法
範囲が存する。
一般に、使い捨ておむつは製造者により３つの
規格サイズに分けられている。新生児サイズのお
むつは全体の寸法で縦14インチ、横10インチ前後
である。中間サイズのおむつはおよそ縦16インチ
で横11.5インチであり、歩き初めおよび／または
夜間用サイズは約縦17.5インチで横13インチであ
る。子供におむつを着用するとき、通常母親は両
脇で約２インチの重ねしろを取るので、有効腰回
り寸法（以下、EWCMと記す）は両腰当て部横
寸法の和から４インチを減じたものになる。
従つて、第７図において、各種サイズのおむつ
のEWCMは（W1＋W2−４インチ）と定義され得
る。したがつて、歩き初め用サイズのおむつで
は、W1およびW2は共に13インチなので、EWCM
＝22インチである。中間サイズのおむつは、W1
およびW2は共に11.5インチなので、EWCMは19
インチであり、新生児サイズのおむつでは、W1
およびW2は共に10インチなので、EWCMは16イ
ンチである。
本発明の目的を達成するにつき、各種おむつサ
イズの最も効果的な横幅寸法は、EWCMの約30
〜46％、好ましくは35〜40％である。
本発明によつて得られるおむつの外形は、第１
図ないし第７図に示したＩ字形が好ましいが、本
発明の技術思想は第８図および第９図の如き変形
例をも含んでいる。考慮すべき主要な点は、細幅
股当て部の横寸法が有効腰回り寸法の所定の百分
率範囲内にあることである。従つて、腰当て部の
一方が他方より広幅が否かは本質的ではなく、
W1およびW2の寸法の和が腰回り寸法に対する股
当て部寸法の関係を決定するのである。
第８図および第９図の如き他の変形例が最も好
適と言う分けではないが、上記した本発明の効果
はこれらにも及ぶ。
本発明のおむつの弾性化部分の縦寸法も、おむ
つ全長に対して好適な寸法関係を有している。こ
の弾性化寸法を第７図において寸法CLによつて
表わす。効果的な弾性化縦寸法の範囲は、おむつ
全長（第７図のＬに相当）の30〜75％であり、60
％が好ましい。従つて第７図における平面部分の
縦寸法P1およびP2は、上記百分率の残余の約1/2
に相当するが、真の寸法はこれから若干変動する
こともある。
おむつの端にある腰当て部から細幅の中央股当
て部への凹弧状移行部の形状を決定するにつき、
下記の寸法によれば臀部から大腿前面さらに腹部
に至るまで無理なく身体に合つたおむつを製造し
得ることが判つた。おむつ背面部には通常、締結
用テープ１９を取り付けておくが、この背面部に
おける腰当て部側縁から股当て部側縁への移行凹
弧は、おむつの全腰回り寸法の18〜30％好ましく
は20〜22％の半径（R1に相当）を有する円弧が
好ましい。この弧長を中心角αにより決定する
が、αは30゜以上であり、45〜50゜が好ましい。
おむつ正面部に関しては、円弧の半径は通常背面
部の円弧半径の約1/2かまたはおむつの全腰回り
寸法の約９〜15％好ましくは９〜11％である。正
面部円弧の中心角は90゜以下であり、好ましくは
65〜75゜である。本発明において、おむつの全腰
回り寸法は、腰当て部横寸法の和すなわちW1＋
W2に等しい。上記移行部を画成する幾何学的形
状としては円弧が最も好ましいが、他の曲線たと
えば楕円、双曲線および種々の指数曲線などでも
よい。これらの曲線は適当に選べば円弧の形を十
分に近似することができる。移行曲線の最も重要
な領域は関連する中心角にして半分までであり、
少くともこの部分は円弧であることが好ましい。
おむつの吸収性バツト用に好適な材料は木材パ
ルプ繊維の毛羽立てバツトであり、これは通常フ
ラフ（fluff）として知られている。一好適例にお
いては、伸長時においても、また、おむつの他の
部分が収縮している時のバツトの平面部において
も、フラフバツトは重量約0.286ｇ／平方インチ
であり、収縮時におけるバツトの股当て部の重量
は約0.32ｇ／平方インチであつた。収縮した股当
て部の吸収材料の有効重量は、単位面積当り、平
面部の吸収材料の重量より少くとも15％大きいこ
とが好ましい。フラフバツトの厚みを測定したと
ころ伸長時には約0.755インチであり、同一のも
のが収縮時は約1.27インチであつた。従つて、収
縮したバツトは股当て部における方が実質厚みが
大であつた。選択するおむつサイズに見合つて、
出発時の面重量および厚みは変動し得る。すなわ
ち、小さなサイズには薄い方が、大きなサイズに
は厚い方が好しい。
前記の如く、弾性手段がバツトを収縮させて所
望の横断皺襞を生成し得るためには、バツドを少
くとも股当て部において基材シートもしくは表面
シートのいずれかに接着しておかねばならない。
接着は基材シートに行なうのが好ましく、基材シ
ートに弾性体も接着してあるときは特にこれが好
ましい。さらに、弾性体は、股当て部バツトの側
縁に物理的に可能な限り接近させてしかも実際の
製造が良好に行ない得るよう配設しなければなら
ない。弾性手段が側縁から離れすぎると、フラフ
バツトを十分に収縮させて所望の横断皺襞を生成
し得ない。これは、基材シートもしくは表面シー
トが軟質でありすぎて、収縮力の全てを吸収して
しまい、バツトに収縮力を実質的に全く伝えない
ためである。このように、この薄い軟質部材がバ
ツトに関係なく収縮してしまう場合には、バツト
に所望の太い皺襞を形成する代わりに、辺縁部の
みに肌目の細かいちりめん様構造を形成する。こ
のように薄く軟質の側縁では、弾性体の張力はこ
の薄い辺縁部をバツトに拘束されることなく皮膚
に密着して保持する。かくして、基材は実質的に
非通気性材料であるため、辺縁部と皮膚との界面
が湿潤状態となり、皮膚がぬれるので好ましくな
い。
弾性部材は細幅股当て部のバツト側縁に隣接
し、しかも弾性体がバツト側縁から1/2インチ以
上離間しないことが好ましい。一般的に言つて、
弾性体はバツト側縁に十分接近しその結果、弾性
体の収縮時に吸収性バツトに所望の横断皺襞を生
成するのでなくてはならない。弾性手段には、ゴ
ムのほか、ゴム様物性を有し伸長しかつ復原し得
る任意の材料がある。これは平板ストリツプ、撚
り紐、円形もしくは方形のフイラメントまたは他
の公知の形状もしくは構造として使用する。
前記の如く、本発明の使い捨ておむつを組み立
てるのに結合する基本的な素材は通常よく知られ
たものである。すなわち、透液性表面シート、液
密性基材シートおよび上記両シートに一体的に挾
持された高吸収性バツトである。同様の目的に共
通に使用される素材であればいずれも好適であ
る。透液性表面シートは任意の柔軟で軟質の多孔
性シートであつて、液体を透過させるものであ
り、疎水性もしくは親水性不織布、湿潤強力紙、
紡織フイラメントシートなどを含む。シートとし
ては、水玉様にエンボス加工した紡織ポリプロピ
レンフイラメント製の特にミシン穴をあけたり適
当な界面活性剤で処理したりして透液性を増した
ものが好ましい。基材シートは、薄いプラスチツ
クフイルムたとえばポリエチレン、ポリプロピレ
ンおよびポリ塩化ビニルなどが好ましい。基材シ
ートはエンボス加工面もしくはつけ消し面を有し
て不透明なものが好ましい。吸収性バツトは木材
パルプ繊維の毛羽立てパツドであり、フラフとし
て知られているものが好ましい。他の吸収材料、
例えば、ソ綿布または毛羽立て織布繊維、積層ク
レープセルロース綿、種々の超吸収材料、合成発
泡シートなども単独でもしくは組み合せて使用さ
れ得る。所望によりバツトを部分的に軽く圧縮し
たりエンボス加工したりしてもよい。
吸収性バツトを外側のシートの少くとも一方、
好ましくは基材シートに接着し、弾性体を装着し
たシートを弾性体が収縮させるとバツトも強制的
に収縮させるようにしておくことも重要である。
ひとつの単純な組み立て形態は、三素材全てが
同様の輪郭を有し、表面シートおよび基材シート
の辺縁がバツトの辺縁より僅かに外へはみ出した
ものである。次いで第１図の如く、表面シートと
基材シートとをバツトの全周に沿つて貼り合わ
せ、適当な密封構造とする。他の組立て方式も可
能である。すなわち、たとえば基材シートの辺縁
部を表面シートの上へ折り返しもしくはこれと反
対にし、折り返した辺縁部をそこに固定する。
先にも記載した通り、横断皺襞状もしくは波状
の形態の方が、バツトの湿潤安定性が高くなるこ
とも確かめた。すなわち、尿で飽和され、さら
に、活発な子供の通常の体の動きにより強く曲げ
られても、バツトは平面状のものの如くには容易
に団子になつたり破砕したりすることがない。か
くしてこのバツトの有効吸収能をより効果的に使
用し、しかも乾湿にかかわりなく全体の適切な美
観を維し得るのである。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、本発明の使い捨ておむつの一好適態
様の平面図であつて、おむつの一部を切断して詳
細な構造および完全伸長状態の弾性伸長部材を示
している。第２図は、第１図に示したおむつの弾
性伸長部材は弛緩もしくは非伸長状態にあるとき
の平面図である。第３図は、第１図の３―３線縦
断面図である。第４図は、第２図の４―４線縦断
面図である。第５図は、第１図の５―５線横断面
図である。第６図は、第２図のおむつを包装する
ために折り畳んだときの斜視図である。第７図
は、本発明のＩ字形おむつの概形平面図であり、
好適寸法関係を示している。第８図および第９図
は、本発明のおむつの変形態様の概形平面図であ
り、寸法関係を示している。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 両端に設けられ実質的に平面の腰当て部と上
    記両端の間に設けられ細幅で実質的に非平面の股
    当て部とを有し、多孔性表面シート、液密性基材
    シートおよび吸収性バツトから構成され、さら
    に、前記バツトに隣接する前記表面シートおよび
    前記基材シートの周辺部が互いに結合されている
    実質的に縦長の単一の使い捨ておむつにおいて、 前記細幅股当て部が弾性伸長手段により該股当
    て部の全幅にわたつて縦方向に収縮させられてお
    り、ここで、前記弾性伸長手段は、前記股当て部
    の両側縁近傍の全長に沿つて前記表面シートおよ
    び前記基材シートの少なくとも一方に、伸長され
    た状態で固定されたものであり、かくして、該弾
    性伸長手段が弛緩され非伸長状態になるとおむつ
    の前記股当て部が該弾性伸長手段によりその全幅
    にわたつて収縮されて、相互に隣接した多数の幅
    方向の皺襞を該股当て部の全長にわたつて形成す
    るようになつていることを特徴とするおむつ。 ２ 前記弾性伸長手段が、弾性体から成る平らな
    ストリツプである特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の
    おむつ。 ３ 前記股当て部の幅が、有効腰回り寸法の約30
    〜46％の範囲にある特許請求の範囲第１項に記載
    のおむつ。 ４ 前記股当て部の幅が、有効腰回り寸法の約35
    〜40％の範囲にある特許請求の範囲第１項に記載
    のおむつ。 ５ 前記細幅股当て部の長さが、おむつ全長の約
    30〜75％の範囲にある特許請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のおむつ。 ６ 前記細幅股当て部の長さが、おむつ全長の約
    60％である特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のおむ
    つ。 ７ 前記腰当て部の両側縁が実質的に直線を成し
    かつ互いに平行であり、また、前記細幅股当て部
    の両側縁が実質的に直線を成しかつ互いに平行で
    あり、さらに腰当て部側縁と股当て部側縁とが凹
    弧によつて相互に連結されている特許請求の範囲
    第１項に記載のおむつ。 ８ 上記凹弧が円弧である特許請求の範囲第７項
    に記載のおむつ。 ９ おむつ背面部の凹弧が、おむつの全腰回り寸
    法の18〜30％を成す半径を有する円弧である特許
    請求の範囲第７項に記載のおむつ。 １０ 上記凹弧の弧長が、約30〜約50゜の中心角
    によつて形成される特許請求の範囲第９項に記載
    のおむつ。 １１ おむつ正面部の凹弧が、おむつの全腰回り
    寸法の９〜15％を成す半径を有する円弧である特
    許請求の範囲第７項に記載のおむつ。 １２ 上記凹弧の弧長が、約65〜90゜の中心角に
    よつて形成される特許請求の範囲第１１項に記載
    のおむつ。
