【発明の詳細な説明】 ＬＬ上二上」】ｊ 本発明は窓ガラス用ワイパ、特にワイパ争アームが入れ
子式に構成され、ワイピング（拭きとり）運動の間にそ
の作業長（実効長）が可変であり、その伸びる領域に対
して案内の働キをするワイパ・アームの下側領域は駆動
ハウジングとして構成され、その中に内歯を持つ第１歯
車リムが回転しないように設けられ、それと第１ピニオ
ンがかみ合い、ピニオンは伸縮運動をワイパ・アームの
変位できる部分に伝動する働きをする、自動車用の単一
アーム窓ガラス・ワイパに関する。
藍末立且３ このような窓ガラス用ワイパはドイツ特許第３１　２５
　６２８号から既に公知である。しかしこの公知の窓ガ
ラス用ワイパ装置には、クランク駆動を用いるために゛
横向きの負荷がワイパ・アームの入れ子犬ささえにかか
り、そのためささえの比較的費用のかかる構成が必要に
なるという欠点がある。
呪　　　　　　　　り　へ 本発明の課題はこの欠点をなくし、軸方向の力だけがワ
イパ・アームの伸縮部に作用するようにすることである
。
この課題は１本発明によれば、上記の型のワイパにおい
て、ｍｌピニオンに第１歯車リムのピッチ円直径（有効
直径）の半分を持たせ、第１ピニオンをクランクの第１
軸に回転可能に設け、クランクの第２軸に駆動ハウジン
グの外壁を回転可能に貫通させ、それに外壁の外で第２
ピニオンを回転できないように支持させ、第２ピニオン
に自動車に固定された第２歯車リムの内歯とかみ合わさ
せ、第１歯車リムのピッチ円直径上のワイパ・アームの
伸びることができる部分を第１ピニオンに関節接続させ
ることによって達成される。
本発明の有利な構成が、第２歯車リムを旋回できる駆動
ハウジングに密閉された、自動車に固定されたハウジン
グ内に設けることによって得られる。
犬−」Ｌ−１ 次に本発明を図示の実施例について詳述する。
図示しないワイパ・モータによって駆動される軸（２）
が自動車に固定されたハウジング（１）を貫通している
。軸（２）は旋回できる駆動ハウジング（３）と相対的
に回転しないように接続されている。この駆動ハウジン
グ（３）内に内歯を持、つ第１歯車リム（４）が固定し
て設けられていて、それと歯車リム（４）のピッチ円直
径の半分を持つｍｌピニオン（５）がかみ合っている。
歯車リム（０のピッチ円直径内でワイパ争アームの伸び
ることができる部分（７）が固定中間体（９）を介して
ピニオン（５）に関節接続されている。伸びることがで
きる部分（７）の案内を（９）で示す。
ハウジング（１）内に設けられた第２ピニオン（ｉｏ）
がクランク（９）を介して第１ピニオン（５）と接続さ
れている。ピニオン（１０）はハウジングに固定された
、内歯のある第２歯車リム（１１）とかみ合っている。
ピニオン（１０）は駆動ハウジング（３）の壁を貫通す
るクランク（９）の軸（１２）に回転しないように設け
られ、第１ピニオン（５）はクランク・アーム（１４）
の他端の軸（１３）に回転可能に支持されている。
第２図において右側が開いているハウジング（１）はシ
ール装置（１５）によって旋回できる駆動ハウジング（
３）に対してシールされている。
駆動ハウジング（３）はカバー（１Ｂ）によって側面が
閉じられている。
軸（２）によって駆動ハウジング（３）が旋回すると□
このときのピニオン（５，１０）の位置は第３および４
図に鎖線で示しである□ワイパ・アームの部分（７）の
関節接続点は点Ｆから点Ｇ（第４図）へ直線的に動く、
１つの端点から他方の端点へ旋回すると、３つの最小長
Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃおよび２つの最大長り、　Ｅ　（第１図）が
達せられる、または描かれる・

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ワイパ・アームが入れ子式に構成され、ワイピン
    グ（拭きとり）運動の間にその作業長（実効長）が可変
    であり、その伸びる領域に対して案内の働きをするワイ
    パ・アームの下側領域は駆動ハウジングとして構成され
    、その中に内歯を持つ第１歯車リムが回転しないように
    設けられ、それと第１ピニオンがかみ合い、ピニオンは
    伸縮運動をワイパ・アームの変位できる部分に伝動する
    働きをする、窓ガラス用ワイパ、特に自動車用の単一ア
    ーム窓ガラス・ワイパであつて、第１ピニオン（５）は
    第１歯車リム（４）のピッチ円直径の半分を持ち、クラ
    ンク（９）の第１軸（１３）に回転可能に設けられ、そ
    の第２軸（１２）は駆動ハウジング（３）の外壁を回転
    できるように貫通していて外壁の外に回転できないよう
    に第２ピニオン（１０）を支持し、第２ピニオン（１０
    ）は自動車に固定された第２歯車リム（１１）の内歯と
    かみ合い、第１歯車リム（４）のピッチ円直径上のワイ
    パ・アームの伸びることができる部分（７）は第１ピニ
    オン（５）に関節接続されていることを特徴とする窓ガ
    ラス・ワイパ。
  2. （２）第２歯車リム（１１）は、旋回できる駆動ハウジ
    ング（３）に密閉された、自動車に固定されたハウジン
    グ（１）内に設けられていることを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第１項記載の窓ガラス・ワイパ。
