Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は窓ガラス用ワイパ、特にワイパ・アー
ムが入れ子式に構成され、ワイピング（拭きと
り）運動の間にその作業長（実効長）が可変であ
り、その伸びる領域に対して案内の働きをするワ
イパ・アームの下側領域は駆動ハウジングとして
構成され、その中に内歯を持つ第１歯車リムが回
転しないように設けられ、それと第一ピニオンが
かみ合い、ピニオンは伸縮運動をワイパ・アーム
の変位できる部分に伝動する働きをする、自動車
用の単一アーム窓ガラス・ワイパに関する。
従来の技術 このような窓ガラス用ワイパはドイツ特許第
3125628号から既に公知である。しかしこの公知
の窓ガラス用ワイパ装置には、クランク駆動を用
いるために横向きの負荷がワイパ・アームの入れ
子式ささえにかかり、そのためささえの比較的費
用のかかる構成が必要になるという欠点がある。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 本発明の課題はこの欠点をなくし、軸方向の力
だけがワイパ・アームの伸縮部に作用するように
することである。
問題点を解決するための手段 この課題は、本発明によれば、上記の型のワイ
パにおいて、第１ピニオンに第１歯車リムのピツ
チ円直径（有効直径）の半分を持たせ、第１ピニ
オンをクランクの第１軸に回転可能に設け、クラ
ンクの第２軸に駆動ハウジングの外壁を回転可能
に貫通させ、それに外壁の外で第２ピニオンを回
転できないように支持させ、第２ピニオンに自動
車に固定された第２歯車リムの内歯とかみ合わさ
せ、第１歯車リムのピツチ円直径上のワイパ・ア
ームの伸びることができる部分を第１ピニオンに
関節接続させることによつて達成される。
本発明の有利な構成が、第２歯車リムを旋回で
きる駆動ハウジングに密閉された、自動車に固定
されたハウジング内に設けることによつて得られ
る。
実施例 次に本発明を図示の実施例について詳述する。
図示しないワイパ・モータによつて駆動される
軸２が自動車に固定されたハウジング１を貫通し
ている。軸２は旋回できる駆動ハウジング３と相
対的に回転しないように接続されている。この駆
動ハウジング３内に内歯を持つ第１歯車リム４が
固定して設けられていて、それと歯車リム４のピ
ツチ円直径の半分を持つ第１ピニオン５がかみ合
つている。歯車リム４のピツチ円直径内でワイ
パ・アームの伸びることができる部分７が固定中
間体６を介してピニオン５に関節接続されてい
る。伸びることができる部分７の案内を８で示
す。
ハウジング１内に設けられた第２ピニオン１０
がクランク９を介して第１ピニオン５と接続され
ている。ピニオン１０はハウジングに固定され
た、内歯のある第２歯車リム１１とかみ合つてい
る。ピニオン１０は駆動ハウジング３の壁を貫通
するクランク９の軸１２に回転しないように設け
られ、第１ピニオン５はクランク・アーム１４の
他端の軸１３に回転可能に支持されている。
第２図において右側が開いているハウジング１
はシール装置１５によつて旋回できる駆動ハウジ
ング３に対してシールされている。
駆動ハウジング３はカバー１６によつて側面が
閉じられている。
軸２によつて駆動ハウジング３が旋回すると−
このときのピニオン５，１０の位置は第３および
４図に鎖線で示してある−ワイパ・アームの部分
７の関節接続点は点Ｆから点Ｇ（第４図）へ直線
的に動く。１つの端点から他方の端点へ旋回する
と、３つの最小長Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃおよび２つの最大長
Ｄ、Ｅ（第１図）が達せられる、または描かれる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はワイパによる拭き取り範囲の図であ
る。第２図は本発明の窓ガラス・ワイパの制御部
分の断面図である。第３図は第２図の矢印の方
向に見た図である。第４図は第２図の矢印の方
向に見た図である。 １……固定ハウジング、２……駆動軸、３……
旋回できる駆動ハウジング、４，１１……歯車リ
ム、５，１０……ピニオン、９……クランク。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ ワイパ・アームが入れ子式に構成され、ワイ
    ピング（拭きとり）運動の間にその作業長（実効
    長）が可変であり、その伸びる領域に対して案内
    の働きをするワイパ・アームの下側領域は駆動ハ
    ウジングとして構成され、その中に内歯を持つ第
    １歯車リムが回転しないように設けられ、それと
    第１ピニオンがかみ合い、ピニオンは伸縮運動を
    ワイパ・アームの変位できる部分に伝動する働き
    をする、窓ガラス用ワイパ、特に自動車用の単一
    アーム窓ガラス・ワイパであつて、第１ピニオン
    ５は第１歯車リム４のピツチ円直径の半分を持
    ち、クランク９の第１軸１３に回転可能に設けら
    れ、その第２軸１２は駆動ハウジング３の外壁を
    回転できるように貫通していて外壁の外に回転で
    きないように第２ピニオン１０を支持し、第２ピ
    ニオン１０は自動車に固定された第２歯車リム１
    １の内歯とかみ合い、第１歯車リム４のピツチ円
    直径上のワイパ・アームの伸びることができる部
    分７は第１ピニオン５に関節接続されていること
    を特徴とする窓ガラス・ワイパ。 ２ 第２歯車リム１１は、旋回できる駆動ハウジ
    ング３に密閉された、自動車に固定されたハウジ
    ング１内に設けられていることを特徴とする特許
    請求の範囲第１項記載の窓ガラス・ワイパ。
