Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定電圧間に接続された抵抗列の異なる位
置からタツプを引き出して複数の基準電圧を形成
し、各基準電圧と入力電圧を比較して出力信号を
形成する並列形Ａ―Ｄコンバータにおいて、 半導体基板上に絶縁層を介して形成された抵抗
体と、 該抵抗体と対向する基板面に形成された拡散領
域とを備えてなり、 上記拡散領域を接地電位に接続して上記抵抗体
とで容量を形成してなることを特徴とするＡ―Ｄ
コンバータ。 (2) 抵抗体の拡散領域と相対する側に、絶縁層
を介して電極を形成し、該電極をも接地電位に接
続してなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第１項記
載のＡ―Ｄコンバータ。
