Claims (1)
- 島状に分離された複数個の島領域と、１つの前
記島領域に形成した出力トランジスタと、他の前
記島領域に形成した他のトランジスタとを具備し
、前記出力トランジスタと前記他のトランジスタ
との間で寄生トランジスタを生ずる半導体集積回
路において、前記１つの島領域と前記他の島領域
との間にもう１つの島領域を設けてこれを高電位
にバイアスし、前記寄生トランジスタのコレクタ
電流が全て前記もう１つの島領域から供給される
ようにしたことを特徴とする半導体集積回路。
