置の構成図である。 １：電極、２：負荷抵抗、３：増幅器、４：検
出回路、９：電圧計、１０：被測定物体、５：半
導体基板、６：電極、７：負荷抵抗、８：増幅回
路、２１，２２：アルミニウム蒸着電極、２３：
電極、２４：配線、２６：Ｐ型反転層。

Claims (1)
- 被測定物体と電極との間に静電結合を発生させ
て、該静電結合による容量を機械的に変化させ、
それにより生じる電荷の移動を負荷に生じる電圧
として検出し、該電圧を検出回路により増幅して
出力する静電容量変調型電位検出装置において、
単一半導体基板上に、上記電極と負荷と検出回路
とを半導体製造技術により製作し、かつ静電遮蔽
が生じないように組み立てることを特徴とする電
位検出装置。
