Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数のチヨツパ型コンパレータと該コンパ
レータに基準電圧を供給する直列に接続された複
数の分割抵抗とを有するＡ／Ｄ変換回路において
、 前記分割抵抗器の接続点と接地間に接続された
パスコンデンサを前記Ａ／Ｄ変換回路の形成され
ている半導体基板上に備え、前記Ａ／Ｄ変換回路
の動作に伴なつて生ずる前記基準電圧の変動を低
減したことを特徴とするＡ／Ｄ変換回路。 (2) 前記パスコンデンサが第１層、第２層のポ
リシリコン層と該ポリシリコン層間の絶縁層とか
らなることを特徴とする請求項第１項記載のＡ／
Ｄ変換回路。 (3) 前記パスコンデンサの容量が数１０ＰＦで
あることを特徴とする請求項第２項記載のＡ／Ｄ
変換回路。
