図〜第１０図は夫々これを用いた絶縁ゲート型電
界効果トランジスタの構成図、第１１図はソース
・フオロワ回路図、第１２図及び第１３図は従来
の絶縁ゲート型電界効果トランジスタの例を示す
平面図及びその断面図である。 １１は半導体基体、１２はゲート絶縁膜、１３

Claims (1)
- ゲート電極下のチヤンネル部を挾んでソース領
域及びドレイン領域が形成されて成る絶縁ゲート
型電界効果トランジスタにおいて、上記ドレイン
領域の上記チヤンネル部側が該チヤンネル部に接
する領域部と該チヤンネル部に接しない領域部に
よつて形成されて成る絶縁ゲート型電界効果トラ
ンジスタ。
