Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は炊飯中に発生する蒸気の外部への排出量を軽減
する装置を備えた炊飯器に関するものである。
従来の技術 従来の炊飯器は炊飯中に発生する水蒸気を直接外部へ排
出する蒸気孔を設けて排出していた。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 Ｐ したがって蒸気孔より排出される水蒸気は高温でやけど
をする問題点があった。
１だ排出される水蒸気は水分を多量に含んでいるために
、気温及び湿度が高い季節においては水蒸気が直接当る
場所例えば壁等にかびの発生する恐れもあった。
問題点を解決するための手段 本発明は上記に関しなされたもので、蓋体に設けである
ゴム部材に気密に係合し、かつ蒸気管を有する着脱自在
な中蓋を設け、この中蓋と放熱板との間の空間部側壁に
蒸気孔と調圧弁を設け、またこの調圧弁に接続する連通
路と、この連通路先端に外部へ放出する排気孔を具備す
る露受けを各設けたものである。
作用 本発明は空間部内にて水蒸気を結露させることにより外
部へ排出する水蒸気の熱量と水分量を軽減するものであ
る。
実施例 以下１本発明の一実施例を図に基づいて説明する。
ろ　Ｐ その実施例は第１図、第２図、第６図及び第４図に示す
如くである。図において１は炊飯器の本体、２は本体１
内に設置した内容器、ろは内容器２を本体１に固定する
本体リング、４は本体リングろと一体成形されたヒンジ
部、５はヒンジ部４にて枢支されている蓋体、６は内容
器２の内部に着脱自在に収納される内釜、７は内釜６を
閉口する内蓋、８は蓋体５に着脱自在に取り付けられる
中蓋、９は蓋体５に設けた中蓋８を密閉保持するリング
状のゴム部材である。１０は中蓋８に設けた炊飯中に発
生する水蒸気を中蓋８上部に形成した空間部３０内に入
れる蒸気管、１１は炊飯中に発生した水蒸気を外部へ排
出するための着脱自在な蒸気孔、１２は蒸気孔１１の内
部に位置して空間部ろＯ側壁に設けられた調圧弁、１３
は調圧弁１２と密着するよう設けられたブツシュ、１４
は調圧弁１２を支持している支持体である。また、３１
は連通路で調圧弁１２に〜１　　　接続してなり蒸気孔
１１より来た蒸気を排出する蒸気管１５．蒸気管１５と
本体リング６に接続する伸縮自在な排出管１６及び本体
リング乙に設けた連通管３２から構成しである。１７は
連通路３１先端に設けられだ排気孔３３を備えた露受け
、１８は保温時に使用する保温ヒーター、１９は保温ヒ
ーター１８が発した熱を放熱する放熱板である。更に２
ｏは中蓋８に固定した内蓋７を止めるボルト、２１は内
蓋７に設けこの内蓋７を内釜乙に密接させるだめのプツ
シ−である。
以上の構成においで、炊飯器の本体１の内容器２に米と
水の入った内釜６金入れ炊飯を行うと蒸気が発生する。
この発生した蒸気は蒸気管１０を通り空間部３０内部に
入って内壁と衝突を繰り返し結露現象を起す。更に蒸気
孔１１の内部に設けられた調圧弁１２により空間部３０
の蒸気圧を制御し定圧以上になった蒸気は連通路ろ１を
通り露受け１７に入り再度結露現象が起り蒸気は水分の
含有量及び熱量が低下した蒸気となって露受け１７の排
気孔３６より排出される。　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　１捷だ炊飯終了後蓋体５開口時に中蓋８
内部に結露した水は蒸気孔１１と連結した連通路３１を
通り露受け１７へ集納される。
Ｐ 発明の効果 本発明は蓋体に中蓋を設けて形成１〜だ空間部。
調圧弁、連通路及び露受けからなる蒸気排出通路を構成
したことにより、外部に排出される水蒸気は熱量及び噴
出量も少なく噴出速度も小さくなりやけどの心配もなく
、また水分量が少なく噴出速度も小さくなり飛び散るこ
とがないから気温及び湿度の高い季節においても周囲の
壁にかびの発生する恐れを除く効果がある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 本体（１）に内蔵する内容器（２）に内釜（６）を着脱
    自在に設け、この内釜（６）を密閉する内蓋（７）とこ
    の内蓋（７）を保持するボルト（２０）を固定しかつ蒸
    気管（１０）を有する中蓋（８）とを設けると共に、こ
    の中蓋（８）の上部空間部（３０）の側壁に蒸気管（１
    ０）より流入した蒸気を排出するための蒸気孔（１１）
    を設け、更に蒸気孔（１１）より来た蒸気を露受け（１
    ７）へ送るための連通路（３１）を設け、かつ前記露受
    け（１７）には排気孔（３３）を設けたことを特徴とす
    る炊飯器。
