Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）膨張黒鉛、石綿及び雲母の内生なくとも１種類か
    ら成る耐熱材とステンレス鋼、その他の鋼及び鋼合金の
    いずれかから成るワイヤメツシュ、並びに、これらの内
    の１種類及び組合せのいずれかから成る補強材とから構
    成され、外径面が半球面の一部から成る球状外周面を形
    成すると共に大径側端面が端部平坦面を形成し且つ内孔
    を有する環状シール、管端が上記環状シールの端部平坦
    面側から挿入されていると共に端部平坦面に当接するフ
    ランジ部が管端近くに設けられている一方のパイプ、上
    記一方のパイプの軸線方向に相対尚して上記環状シール
    の半球状の球状外周面に摺接する朝顔状の凹面部が内部
    に形成されているフレア一部を有する他方のパイ−プ、
    並びに、上記一方のパイプ及び他方のパイプがはね圧に
    より相互に圧縮係合されている係合手段から成る２組の
    球面継手から構成され、２組の内の一方の組の球面継手
    の上記一方のパイプ及び他方のパイプの内のいずれかの
    パイプと、他方の組の球面継手の上記一方のパイプ及び
    他方のパイプの内いずれかのパイプとが、はぼ直角に湾
    曲した中間パイプの両端に一体的に結合されていること
    を特徴とする曲管形排気管継手。
  2. （２）一方のパイプ及び他方のパイプかばね圧により相
    互に圧縮結合される保合手段が、フレア一部を有する他
    方のパイプの管端に係合されたばね受金と、上記ばね受
    金及び一方のパイプに設置のフランジ部間に圧縮して設
    けられる円錐形コイルばねとによって構成される係合手
    段である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の曲管形排
    気管継手。
  3. （３）一方のパイプ及び他方のパイプかばね正により相
    互に圧縮係合される保合手段が、フレア一部を有する他
    方のパイプに固定されたボルト受金、ボルト受金及び一
    方のパイプに設けられた環状シールの端部平担面に当接
    するフランジ部を共に貫通する２本のボルト及びこのボ
    ルトにら合のナツト、並びに、ボルト頭部及びナツトの
    いずれかとにボルト受金及びフランジ部のいずれかとの
    間に設けられる円錐形コイルばねから成る係合手段であ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の曲管形排気管継
    手。
  4. （４）ボルト受金及びフランジ部を共に貫通する２組の
    球面継手の各２本のホルトが、中間パイプの軸心を含む
    平面内に共に配設されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    ３項記載の曲管形排気管継手。
  5. （５）ボルト受金及びフランジ部を共に貫通する２組の
    球面継手の各２本のボルトは、一方の組の球面継手の２
    本のボルトが中間パイプの軸心を含む平面内に、他の組
    の球面継手の２本のボルトが上記平面と直交する平面内
    にそれぞれ配設されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第３
    項記載の曲管形排気管継手。
