Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）内部芯となるコアを前に送出して仮撚りスピンド
    ルによって瞬間的な仮撚りをかけ、この仮撚りスピンド
    ルの上流で前記コアに主要繊維を投げ掛けるコアスパン
    糸の製造装置において、前記コアに前記主要繊維を投げ
    掛ける手段は、前記繊維が正接的に供給されると共に同
    繊維の自由端に引張力を生じさせる可動案内部材であり
    、 前記コアは前記繊維の供給方向に一致して前記可動案内
    部材の接線方向に移動することを特徴とするコアスパン
    糸の製造装置。 （２）前記可動案内部材は流体の流れ、例えば空気の流
    れの作用を受けることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のコアスパン糸の製造装置。 （３）　　前記流体の流れは、前記可動案内部材に吸引
    現象を生じさせることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第２項記載のコアスパン糸の製造装置。　　　　− （４）　　前記可動案内部材は、周辺に前記繊維と前記
    コアとを案内する溝が形成され、この溝の底が吸引を受
    け、前記コアが前記溝の内部の接線方向を通過し、同様
    に前記コアに投げ掛ける前記繊維が前記コアと接触する
    点より上流で前記溝の全周辺を包むように前記溝の底に
    正接して送出される回転案内部材であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載のコアスパン糸の
    製造装置。 （５）前記回転案内部材は、周辺に吸引を引受ける溝が
    形成され、この溝の底に形成されると共に略正弦曲線上
    に点在する穴が形成される回転円盤であることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載のコアスパン糸
    の製造装置。 （６）前記吸引現象は、前記コアが前記回転案内部材に
    接触する点の近傍で除かれることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第４項記載のコアスパン糸の製造装置。 （７）前記コアは略垂直に移動し、前記回転案内部材の
    近傍には前記繊維が前記コアと角度を持って前記溝の底
    に供給されるように、前記繊維を供給する製条機が配置
    されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項
    記載のコアスパン糸の製造装置。 （８）　　前記コアと前記繊維の供給方向とで形成され
    る前記角度は約４５度であることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第７項記載のコアスパン糸の製造装置。 （９）前記コアは多芯の連続糸であることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコアスパン糸の製
    造装置。 （１，、Ｏ）　　前記コアは紡積機で直接製造される紡
    積糸からなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のコアスパン糸の製造装置。 （１１）前記コアは追加のコアを備えた紡積糸からなる
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    コアスパン糸の製造装置。 （１２）前記コアスパン糸は、２個が処理後結合される
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    コアスパン糸の製造装置。 （１３）前記可動案内部材は、粗紡製条機の出口との間
    に、繊維を吸着して移送するコンベヤ手段が配置される
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    コアスパン糸の製造装置。 （１４）コアのボビンが配置される貯蔵領域と、このコ
    アを実処理領域に供給する供給装置とを備え、前記実処
    理領域は供給装置と、仮撚りスピンドルと、出口側送出
    装置と巻取手段とを備え前記仮撚りスピンドルの上流に
    は前記コアに非連続の繊維を分配させる可動案内部材が
    配置され、これらの繊維が製条機によって製条される粗
    紡から得られ、前記可動案内部材が前記繊維の自由端に
    引張力を生じさせ、前記コアは前記繊維方向に一致して
    前記可動案内部材の接線方向に移動することを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコアスパン糸の
    製造装置。 （１５）前記可動案内部材は吸引を受ける周辺溝を備え
    た回転集束案内部材からなることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコアスパン糸の製造装置。 ・
