Abstract

一種螺旋紗之改良結構、製法與裝置及其織成之織物,其螺旋紗係由一包覆層包覆於一芯層,再以一纏繞層施以撚係數為≦3之加撚,使該纏繞層纏繞於該包覆層外側紡製成支數40-80Ne之螺旋紗;該芯層,係至少具一芯絲,該芯絲係為長纖維絲;該包覆層,係為由短纖維構成之包覆紗包覆於該芯絲;及,該纏繞層,係具至少一纏繞紗纏繞於該包覆紗及該包覆紗上之短纖維。其製造螺旋紗之裝置,主要係為一環錠細紗機,其包括一牽伸機構與一加撚機構,該牽伸機構係包括前羅拉、中羅拉及後羅拉,該前羅拉則由上前羅拉與下前羅拉構成,該上前羅拉上方設有一導輪,該導輪上則設有第一導紗槽、第二導紗槽,用於分別供芯絲、纏繞紗餵入該上前羅拉與下前羅拉間。並由該螺旋紗以緯向針織而成之針織布,或以該螺旋紗為經、緯紗交織而成之梭織布。藉由短纖維構成之包覆紗包覆於該芯絲,並以纏繞紗纏繞於該包覆紗及該包覆紗上之短纖維,使螺旋紗具有較低之撚度及扭力,於織造成布料時,可降低成品布之縮率、扭力及織紋之傾斜。

Description

螺旋紗之改良結構、製法與裝置及其織成之織物
本發明係揭露一種螺旋紗之改良結構、製法與裝置及其織成之織物,特別是指一種由短纖維構成之包覆紗包覆於該芯絲,並以至少一纏繞紗纏繞於該包覆紗及該包覆紗上之短纖維,而具有較低之撚度及扭力,於織造成布料時,可降低成品布之縮率、扭力及織紋之傾斜。
按,現行織物為增進美感,於是在布料上形成直條紋路、橫條紋路或橫條紋路與直條紋路交錯形成條紋或格子布料,由於織布機械限制或紗線本身具有扭力,當使用棉紗、纖維素或不可熱定型材質等纖維材料製成之紗,於織造輕薄織物時,其縮率高達8-15%,扭力則難以控制在3%以內,其緯斜高達25-30%,造成後續加工困擾,及成衣製作時尺寸縮收等缺失。
為解決上述的問題,於是在織布時加入20D彈性紗(Spandex),雖其縮率、扭力會有稍微改善,然其緯斜高達25-30%(如圖7所示),且布料會增加重量而布面品質不均勻,於布料捲繞時所施於捲取張力,更造成縮率與扭力不穩定,為避免縮率與扭力之問題,於布料裁剪前須先經鬆布、預縮(如水洗)等程序,造成後續成衣製作加工之困擾等缺失。
因此,針對上述之問題,本發明之發明人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之問題及創新之目標,詳加設計與審慎 評估,終乃推出本發明之螺旋紗之改良結構、製法與裝置及其織成之織物,再由該螺旋紗以緯向針織而成之針織布,或以該螺旋紗為經、緯紗交織而成之梭織布。使螺旋紗具有較低之撚度及扭力,於織造成布料時,可降低成品布之縮率、扭力及織紋之傾斜,於使用相同紗線支數下可有效增加成品布之強度,於織造輕薄織物時減少斷紗頻率,實乃一嶄新具極佳創新及便利實用性之發明。
基於上述之需求,本發明之主要目的是提供一種螺旋紗之改良結構、製法及其織成之織物,其螺旋紗係由一包覆層包覆於一芯層,再以一纏繞層施以撚係數為≦3之加撚,使該纏繞層纏繞於該包覆層外側紡製成支數40-80Ne之螺旋紗;該芯層,係至少具一芯絲,該芯絲係為長纖維絲;該包覆層,係為由短纖維構成之包覆紗包覆於該芯絲;及,該纏繞層,係至少具一纏繞紗纏繞於該包覆紗及該包覆紗上之短纖維。再由該螺旋紗以緯向針織而成之針織布,或以該螺旋紗為經、緯紗交織而成之梭織布。藉由短纖維構成之包覆紗包覆於該芯絲,並以纏繞紗纏繞於該包覆紗及該包覆紗上之短纖維,使螺旋紗具有較低之撚度及扭力,於織造成布料時,可降低成品布之縮率、扭力及織紋之傾斜。
本發明之次要目的是提供一種螺旋紗之製造方法與裝置,其製造螺旋紗之裝置,主要係為一環錠細紗機,其包括一牽伸機構與一加撚機構,該牽伸機構係包括前羅拉、中羅拉及後羅拉,該前羅拉則由上前羅拉與下前羅拉構成,該上前羅拉上方設有一導輪,該導輪上則設有第一導紗槽、第二導紗槽,用於分別供芯絲、纏繞紗餵入該上前羅拉與下前羅拉間。 先以粗紗於牽伸機構中牽伸形成包覆紗,並將芯絲及纏繞紗經一導輪第一導紗槽、第二導紗槽分別自該包覆紗兩側餵入該牽伸機構之上、下前羅拉間,經一加撚機構加撚成紗,可使該包覆紗包覆於該芯絲,而纏繞紗則呈螺旋狀纏繞於該包覆紗外側。其芯絲與纏繞紗係具有較低之撚度及相異撚向,因此於織造成布料時,可降低成品布之縮率、扭力及織紋之傾斜。

為使 貴審查委員方便了解本發明之內容,及所能達成之功效,茲列舉具體實施例並配合圖示,詳細說明本發明之螺旋紗之改良結構如下:
請參閱圖1、2及圖3,請參閱圖1係本發明之螺旋紗之改良結構之示意圖,圖2及圖3係本發明之螺旋紗之改良結構之橫向、縱向剖示圖,其係由一包覆層包覆於一芯層,再以一纏繞層施以撚係數為≦3之加撚,使該纏繞層纏繞於該包覆層外側紡製成支數40-80Ne之螺旋紗1;,而成紗之 螺旋紗撚向可為Z撚或S撚,惟通常係為Z撚,且芯層或纏繞層之一其紗線撚向與螺旋紗撚向係相異而為S撚;該芯層10,係至少具一芯絲11,該芯絲11係為5-25D無撚或呈S撚向之長纖維絲,如聚醯胺絲或聚酯絲等人造纖維絲;該包覆層20,係為由支數為0.5-2.0Ne之粗紗A經牽伸及加撚形成包覆紗21,並包覆於該芯絲11,其包覆層20之短纖維主成分係可為棉、纖維素、羊毛、聚酯或聚丙烯酸系等纖維;及,該纏繞層30,係具至少一纏繞紗31纏繞於該包覆紗21及該包覆紗21上之短纖維,其纏繞紗31係與芯紗11撚向相異而呈Z撚向,而纏繞紗31可為5-25D聚醯胺絲或聚酯絲等人造纖維絲,或為棉、纖維素、羊毛、蠶絲、聚酯或聚丙烯酸系纖維等短纖維紡製成之紗,或以棉、纖維素、羊毛、蠶絲、聚酯或聚丙烯酸系等纖維為主成分紡製成之混紡紗。
其次,請再參閱圖4及5所示,係本發明之螺旋紗之製造方法與裝置,主要係為一環錠細紗機40,其主要包括:一牽伸機構41,該牽伸機構41係包括後羅拉411、中羅拉412及前羅拉413,該前羅拉413則由上前羅拉413a與下前羅拉413b構成;一導輪42,係設於上前羅拉413a上方,於導輪42上則設有第一導紗槽421、第二導紗槽422,於第一導紗槽421、第二導紗槽422概呈V型並間設一隔紗肋423,而第一導紗槽421、第二導紗槽422係位於該牽伸機構41之中心線之兩側,且第一導紗槽421之底部中心與牽伸機構41之中心線距離a小於第二導紗槽422之底部中心與該牽伸機構41之中心線距離b; 一加撚機構43,係位於牽伸機構41下方,其具於一鋼領431,於鋼領431上套設一鋼絲圈432者。
藉由上述構造組合而成之環錠細紗機40,其棉、纖維素、羊毛、蠶絲、聚酯或聚丙烯酸系等短纖維紡製成之粗紗,先依序經牽伸機構41之後羅拉411、中羅拉412及前羅拉413牽伸以形成包覆紗21,並將芯絲11及纏繞紗31分別經導輪42之第一導紗槽421、第二導紗槽422,再將聚醯胺絲或聚酯絲等人造纖維絲為芯絲11,及纏繞紗31繞經導輪42下方,最後自牽伸機構41之上前羅拉413a、下前羅拉413b間之包覆紗21兩側餵入,使芯絲11、纏繞紗31及包覆紗21穿設於加撚機構43之綱領431上之鋼絲圈432,最後捲繞於細紗管433上,當鋼絲圈432因捲繞而旋轉,其芯絲11、纏繞紗31及包覆紗21加撚成螺旋紗1,其螺旋紗1之撚係數K≦3,使該包覆紗21包覆於該芯絲11,而纏繞紗31則呈螺旋狀纏繞於該包覆紗21外側。
請再參閱圖6所示,係本發明之螺旋紗之改良結構織成之織物,其螺旋紗1係以粗紗支數為2.0Ne棉紗為包覆紗21,以細度為20D尼龍(Nylon)絲為芯絲11及纏繞紗31,經合併以撚係數K為2.5加撚已形成支數為60Ne之螺旋紗1,再以60Ne之螺旋紗1與20D彈性紗(Spandex)2為針織紗同時餵入作緯向針織,則可形成具有彈性之彈性針織布料,其彈性針織布料之條紋緯斜測試如圖7所示A1緯斜平均約9.87%,當撚係數係為K=3之80Ne螺旋紗1與20D彈性紗(Spandex)2為針織紗同時餵入作緯向針織形成之彈性針織布料,其條紋緯斜測試如圖7所示A2緯斜平均11.93%,而針織布料B係以60Ne棉紗與20D彈性紗(Spandex)2針織而成之針織布料B1,其條紋緯斜測試如圖 7所示B緯斜平均約26.67%,顯然由螺旋紗1織成之布料能顯著降低緯斜,而有效減少成衣製作斜裁所造成布料之損耗。
請再參閱圖8所示,係本發明之螺旋紗之改良結構織成之織物條紋緯斜測試圖,其撚係數係K=2.5之螺旋紗1係以1.5Ne粗紗為包覆紗21,芯絲11及纏繞紗31則為細度為20D尼龍(Nylon)絲製成,再將螺旋紗1為針織紗餵入作緯向針織,則可形成針織布料,其條紋之緯斜測試如圖8所示C1緯斜平均為10.2%。而圖8所示C2係由撚係數係K=3之螺旋紗1係以2.0Ne粗紗為包覆紗21、芯絲11及纏繞紗31則為細度為20D尼龍(Nylon)絲製成,再將螺旋紗1為針織紗同時餵入作緯向針織,則可形成具有彈性之彈性針織布料,其條紋之緯斜測試如圖8所示C2緯斜平均為11.93%。其針織布料D係以60′棉紗針織而成之針織布料,其條紋緯斜測試如圖8所D示約22.07%,顯然由螺旋紗1織成之布料亦有顯著降低緯斜,而有效減少成衣製作斜裁所造成布料之損耗。
由以上實施例之說明描述可知,本發明所揭露之螺旋紗之改良結構,藉由短纖維構成之包覆紗包覆於該芯絲,並以纏繞紗纏繞於該包覆紗及該包覆紗上之短纖維,使螺旋紗具有較低之撚度及扭力,使纏繞紗與芯紗撚向相異,於織造成布料時,可降低成品布之縮率、扭力及織紋之傾斜,實乃一嶄新之發明。
上述之具體實施例是用來詳細說明本發明之目的、特徵及功效,對於熟悉此類技藝之人仕而言,根據上述說明,可能對該具體實施例作部份變更及修改,其本質未脫離出本創作之精神範疇者,皆應包含在本案的申請專利範圍中,宜先陳明。

Claims (12)

  1. 螺旋紗之改良結構,係由一包覆層包覆於一芯層,再以一纏繞層施以撚係數K≦3之加撚,使該纏繞層纏繞於該包覆層外側紡製成支數40-80Ne之螺旋紗;該芯層,係至少具一芯絲,該芯絲係為5-25D長纖維絲;該包覆層,係為由支數為0.5-2.0Ne粗紗牽伸而成之包覆紗包覆於該芯絲;及,該纏繞層,係具至少一纏繞紗,該纏繞紗係為5-25D長纖維絲,用以傾斜纏繞於該包覆紗外側。
  2. 如請求項1所述之具螺旋紗之改良結構,其中,該芯絲係為聚醯胺絲或聚酯絲。
  3. 如請求項1所述之螺旋紗之改良結構,其中,該包覆紗係由棉、纖維素、羊毛、蠶絲、聚酯或聚丙烯酸系等短纖維紡製而成,或以主成分為棉、纖維素、羊毛、蠶絲、聚酯或聚丙烯酸系等短纖維紡製而成之混紡紗。
  4. 如請求項2所述之螺旋紗之改良結構,其中,該芯紗或纏繞紗係與該螺旋紗之撚向相異。
  5. 如請求項4所述之螺旋紗之改良結構,其中,該纏繞紗係可由棉、纖維素、羊毛、聚酯纖維或聚丙烯酸系纖維紡製而成、由主成分棉、纖維素、羊毛、蠶絲、聚酯纖維或聚丙烯酸系纖維紡製而成之混紡紗,或為聚醯胺絲或聚酯絲之長纖維絲。
  6. 如請求項1至5任一項所述之螺旋紗之改良結構,該結構所織成之織物係由該螺旋紗以緯向針織而成之針織布,或以該螺旋紗為經、緯紗交織而成之梭織布。
  7. 如請求項6所述之螺旋紗之改良結構,其中該針織布係由該螺旋紗與彈性纖維鍍圈針織而成。
  8. 如請求項1至7任一項所述之螺旋紗之改良結構之製造方法,係以粗紗於牽伸機構牽伸形成包覆紗,並將芯絲及纏繞紗經一導輪分別自該包覆紗兩側餵入該牽伸機構之上、下前羅拉間,經一加撚機構加撚成紗使該包覆紗包覆於該芯絲,而纏繞紗則呈螺旋狀纏繞於該包覆紗外側。
  9. 一種製造螺旋紗之裝置,主要係為一環錠細紗機,其包括一牽伸機構與一加撚機構,該牽伸機構係包括前羅拉、中羅拉及後羅拉,該前羅拉則由上前羅拉與下前羅拉構成,該上前羅拉上方設有一導輪,該導輪上則設有第一導紗槽、第二導紗槽,用於分別供芯絲、纏繞紗餵入該上前羅拉與下前羅拉間。
  10. 如請求項9所述之製造螺旋紗之裝置,其中,該導紗槽概呈V型。
  11. 如請求項10所述之製造螺旋紗之裝置,其中,該第一導紗槽、第二導紗槽係位於該牽伸機構之中心線之兩側。
  12. 如請求項11所述之製造螺旋紗之裝置,其中,該第一導紗槽之底部中心與該牽伸機構之中心線距離小於第二導紗槽之底部中心與該牽伸機構之中心線距離。
