    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回路基板上に支持導体層および配線導体層を形成し、支
    持導体層にグイボンディングした半導体チップの各電極
    を、各配線導体層のボンディングパットにワイヤボンデ
    ィングするようにした混成集積回路装置において、前記
    配線導体層を絶縁層の介在による下部と上部との2層に
    形成させると共に、下部配線導体層の露出されたボンデ
    ィングパット部と、上部配線導体層の少なくともボンデ
    ィングパット部とを交互にずらせて配置するようにした
    ことを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
