Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車用シート、特にシート／（ツクがシート
−ボトムに対して傾動可能である自動車用シートに関す
る。
一般に、第１図に示すように１．＜ン型自動車１では、
多用性の点から、荷物等を多く積載する場合などには、
後部座席シート２，２を折畳んで、いわゆるはね上げ状
態として格納して収納スペースを設け、そのスペースに
荷物等を積載することが行われている。
ところが、そのような後部座席シート２は、シートボト
ム３（したがってシート全体）を車体フロア４に係止す
るシートボトムロックと、シートパック５をシートボト
ム６に係止するジートノ々ツクロックとを備えているた
め、後部座席シート２を折畳んで格納するには、上記２
つのロックを別々に解除しなければならず、後部座席シ
ート２の折畳み格納作業が煩わしいという不具合力；あ
った。
本発明はかかる点に鑑みてなされたもので、シ−トポト
ムロックのロック解除を検出してシートパックロックの
ロック解除を行う連動部材を肴するロック解除連係機構
を設ける”ことにより、簡単な構造でもって、操作性よ
く、フンタッチで折畳み格納できる自動車用シートを提
供することを主目的とする。
以下、本発明の構成を、実施例について、図面に沿って
説明する。
第２図において、１１は後部座席シートで、車体フロア
１２に取付けられたシートボトム１３に、リクライニン
グ装置１４を介して１、シートパック１５が傾動可能に
連結されている。
シートボトム１６は、前側下部において、下方に延びる
支持部材１６が連設され、該支持部材１６の下端部が、
車体フロア１２に固設された取付ブラケット１７に枢軸
１８によって回動可能に枢着されている。これによって
、シートボトム１３は、車体フロア１２とほぼ平行な横
方向の軸線（枢軸１８）の回りに回動可能である。また
、シートボトム１３の後側下部には、枢軸１９を回動中
心とする係止片２０が回動可能に枢着されている。この
係止片２０は、車体フロア１２の突出部１２ａに固設さ
れたストライカ２１の横方向の保合軸２１ａに、後側よ
り係脱自在に係合するフック部２０ａと、後述の連動片
２８下端の後側に当接する当接部２０ｂと、後方に延び
る握９部２０Ｃとを有する。
リクライニング装置１４は、シートパック５に固着され
たアッパプラケット２２と、シートホト、ム１３に固着
されたロアブラケット２６とが、操作レバー２４の上方
回動によりロック解除され、枢軸２５について自白回動
するように構成されている。
また、シートパック１５には、逆り字状のロック片２６
が回動可能に枢着されている。このロック片２６は、ア
ッパプラケット２２より突設されたロックビン２７に係
脱自在に係合するフック部２６ａと、連動片２８の上端
後側に当接する当接係合部２６ｂとがほぼ直交して連設
され、その連設部付近が枢軸２６ｃとなっている。この
口、り片２６とロックビン２７との保合が解除されると
、アッパプラケット２２上部の支軸２９を中心としてシ
ートパック１５は回動可能となる。すなわち、シートパ
ック１５は、リクライニング装置１４・のアッパプラケ
ット２２に対して、ロック片２６と口、クビン２７との
保合および支軸２９により２箇所でロックされている。
上記のように構成すれば、係止片２０め握り部２０Ｃを
把持して上方に回動することにより、係止片２０のフッ
ク部２０ａとストライカ２１の係合軸２１ａとの保合が
解除される。と同時に、係止片２０の当接部２−Ｏｂが
連動片２８の下端部を前方へ移動せしめて連覇片２８を
時計方向に回動させる。この連動片２８の回動により、
連動片２８の上端部がロック片２６の当接係合部２６ｂ
を後方へ移動させて、ロック片２６を反時計方向、に同
和ｊさせ、ロックビン２７とロック片２６のフック部２
６ａとの保合が解除される。
その結果、シートパック１５は、支軸２９を中心として
シートボトム１３に対して回動可能となるので、シート
パック１５をシートボトム１３に沿わせて折畳み、第１
図の鎖線Ａに示すように、いわゆるはね上げ状態に後部
座席シート１１を格納できる。
上記実施例では、シートパックロックは、シートパック
１５のロックビン２７と、該ロックビン２７に係脱自在
に係合するロック片２６とにより構成されるところの、
ジートノぐツク１５をリクライニング装置１４のアッパ
ブラケット２２に係脱自在に係止するもめであるが、一
般に、リクライニング装置は、第３図および第グ図に示
されるように、アッパプラケット３０に固設されたセク
ターギヤ３１と、該セクターギヤ３１に係脱自在でロア
ブラケット３２に回動自在に枢支されているロックギヤ
６３とを、操作レノ＜−３４の回動操作により、係脱し
て、ジートノ（ツク１５の傾斜角度を変更調整できるよ
うに構成されているので、シートパックロックを、上記
リクライニング装置３５０ロツクそのものとすることも
できる二その場合には、例えば、係止片２０とストライ
カ２１との保合解除（シートボトムロックのロック解除
）を検出した連１部材によって、リクライニング装置３
５のリクライニングロックがロック解除されることにな
る。
また、リクライニング装置を備えていない自動車用シー
トに対しても、上記実施例の場合と同様の構成にすれば
、本発明を適用することができるのは言うまでもない。
一方、第２図示す実施例において、シートボトムロック
の解除を検出してシートパックロックのロック解除を行
なう連動部材とし、ての連動片２８は第５図に示すよう
なワイヤケーブル３６としてもよい。すなわち、ワイヤ
ケーブル３６のインナケーブル３６ａの一端を係止片２
０に、他端をロック片２６にそれぞれ連結し、係止片２
０のロック解除操作によりロック片２６を反時計方向に
回りσノさせロンクビン２７との保合が解除できるよう
に構成する０である。
なお、第」図中、第２図と同じ機能の部分には、同じ符
号を付しである。
本発明は、上記のように、シートボトムロックのロック
解除を検出してシートパックロックのロック解除を行う
連動部材を有するロック解除連係機構を設けたため、シ
ートボトムロックをロック解除すれば、それに連動して
シートパックロックもロック解除されることとなり、簡
単な構造でもって、操作性よく、折畳み格納することが
できるという実用上優れた効果を有す、る。
