Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は足場板に関する。
従来の足場板は、両端の側面板に吊掛具を固着する場合
、吊掛具の脚部を鋲止めしていたが、此れら構造のもの
は強度的に問題があり、又、脚部の曲げ加工等に手間が
か・る欠点を有していた。
本考案は斯かる欠点を除去し、強度が大となり安全でし
かも加工のしやすい能率的な足場板を提供する目的で考
案されたものである。
以下実施の一例を示す図面に就いて説明すると、１は足
場板の両端に、溶接等により固着する断面コ形状に曲折
した側面板である。
２は側面板１の外面３より内側に向けて円形の外周の一
部に突出して設けた脚部４を挿入し、先端側は外面３と
直角方向に外側に向けほは゛半円形に曲折した吊掛部で
ある。
５は側面板１の内面６に添接し、且つ前記脚４を挿通し
た押さえ金である。
７，７は脚部４の先端部を、例えば回転打綿方式により
打綿したカシメ膨出部である。
その他の符号８は、吊掛具２に係着した在来構造の補助
抱持片である。
本考案は斯かる構造故に側面板１の外面３の両端附近に
実施しく左右計４ヶが望ましい）、側面板１．１間に第
３図に示す如く板９を架設し、溶接等で適宜固着使用す
ると、従来の鋲止め等の構造のものと大きく相違して、
カシメによる強力な吊掛具２の保持力が保障され、しか
も押さえ金５を介して脚部４がカシメられているため靭
性、弾力性を有し、著しく吊掛具２の保持強度が増大す
るのみならず、カシメ作業による作業能率の向上が期待
出来る考案である。

第１図は本考案の実施の一例を示す斜面図、第２図は一
部縦断面図、第３図は本考案の実施の一例を示す組立し

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 断面コ形状の側面板１の外面３より内側の内面６に向け
    て略半円形の吊掛部２の円形外周の一部を突出して形成
    した脚部４を挿入し該脚部４に挿通し、且つ内面６に添
    接せしめた押さえ金５を設け、前記脚部４の先端部にカ
    シメ膨出部７を設けて脚部４を側面板１に固定し、側面
    板１の内面６に板９の端面を嵌入固着せしめたことを特
    徴とする足場板。
