Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は銅および銅合金を、例えばハンダ付け、化学艶
出しまたは電解艶出し、ラッカー塗装および電気メッキ
等の処理を行う前にその表面から酸化物を除去して該表
面を清浄にするための酸洗浄溶液に関するものである。
一般には普通の鉱酸類を用いて該酸化物を溶解すること
ができる。
しかし通常はより強力な酸洗浄作用が要求されるので高
濃度の硝酸、クロム酸、硫酸とクロム酸とを組み合わせ
たもの、重クロム酸塩−硫酸、塩化第二鉄溶液および鉱
酸と過酸化水素とを組み合わせたもののような酸化作用
を有する酸類が用いられている。
これらの゛方法には欠点がある。
例えば硝酸を使用すると窒素含有ガスが発生し、またク
ロム酸塩を含有する溶液を使用すると廃液の処理が問題
となる。
さらに別な欠点は、ベース金属を比較的強くおかすので
点腐食の危険がある。
いくつかの理由から、最もすＸめられる方法は過酸化水
素と組み合わせて使用することである。
しかしこの酸洗浄溶液中に遊離金属が存在する場合には
過酸化水素の安定性は低いものとなる。
一般的酸洗浄方法、特に過酸化水素を用いて酸洗浄を行
うと、酸洗浄の結果が不均一になり、色が変ったり（赤
色酸洗い）、また時には点腐食等の問題が生ずる。
これらの欠点は恐らく該合金の表面構造の変化によって
起るものと考えら札 この変化はその鋳造、あるいはフ
ライス削り、絞り加工、ハンダ付けおよび丸削りのよう
な機械的処理に関係するものである。
置換トリアゾール、好ましくはベンゾトリアゾールおよ
び（または）一般式： （式中Ｒは２４個より少ない炭素原子を含有する脂肪族
炭素鎖であり、ｎｌとｎ２との和は３０より少ないもの
とする） で表わされる第三脂肪族アミンを添加することによって
、有機錯化剤を含有する酸洗浄溶液中の過酸化水素の安
定性をさらに向上させることができる。
上述の窒素化合物を用いると均一化効果が得られる。
本発明によると該溶液は硫酸または燐酸のような鉱酸を
一種またはそれ以上と過酸化水素とクエン酸またはグル
コン酸のようなオキシ酸とを、置換されたトリアゾール
および（または）一般式：（式中Ｒは２４個より少ない
炭素原子を含有する脂肪族炭素鎖であり、ｎｌとｎ２と
の和は３０より少ないものとする） で表わされる第三アミンとを組み合わせたものを含有す
る。
本発明は環境汚染の問題に関して非常に有利な酸洗浄方
法を提供するものである。
この溶液の特徴は安定性がずば抜けて良く、酸化物を溶
解する速度が高く１、ベース金属を殆んど腐食せず、電
解・□溶着によって再生でき、また溶解した金属を回収
できることである。
本発明は次の実施例からより容易に理解できることであ
るや。
例１ 濃硫酸 ７５ ？／１ クエン酸 ３５ ？／１３ 過酸化水素３５係 １５１／１ 次の一般式の表面活性剤： （式中Ｒは１８個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭素鎖であ
り、ｎ−１２である） 操作条件： 温度 ２５〜３５℃ 処理時間 ２〜１０分 例２ 濃硫酸 ５０ ’ｔ／１ クエン酸 ２５ ？／ｌ 過酸化水素３５係 ２５１７１ 例１の表面活性剤 ０．５′？７’１ベンゾトリア
ゾール ０．２５ ？／１ 操作条件： 温度 ３０°Ｃ 処理時間 ２分 例３ 硫酸 ８０ ？／１ クエン酸 ３０ ？／ｌ 過酸化水素３５％ ２５？／１ ベンゾトリアゾール ０．２５１／１ 例４ 硫酸 ２Ｍ’／７ クエン酸 ３０ ’ｉｆ’／１過酸化水素
１４？／１３ ベンゾトリアゾール ０．２５ｆ？／１ 例３および例４の操作温度は２５℃であった。
物質を除去する能力を測定する試験を行い、次の結果を
得た。
例２ ３０ ？／ｍ２ｈ 例３ ２００ Ｌ？／ｍ２ｈ 例４ １３２ ？／ｍ２ｈ 例３および例４は、ある条件下では過酸化水素濃度と溶
解速度とは殆んど正比例することを示している。
過酸化水素の安定性を評価するために次のような一連の
テストを行った。
溶液１ 硫酸 ４５？／１ クエン酸 ２５ ’ｉｔ／１過酸化水素１
００係 ２０ ？／１ 最初の濃度 溶液２ 硫酸 ４５ ？／ｌ。
クエン酸 ２５？／１ ベンゾトリアゾール ０．１Ｐ／７ 過酸化水素 ２０ ？／１３ 溶液３ 硫酸 ４５？／１ クエン酸 ２５ ｙ７１ 例１の表面活性剤 ｏ、５ｔ／１１ 過酸化水素 ２０ ′？／１ 溶液４ 硫酸 ４５１７１ クエン酸 ２５ ？／Ｉ ＢＴＡ Ｏ，ＩＳ’／Ａ例１の表面活
性剤 ０．５？／１ 過酸化水素 ２０ ？／１ 全溶液は最初Ｃｕ２＋イオン５ ？／ｌと銅金属１ｄｍ
２／ｌを含むものとした。
これらの異なった酸洗浄溶液を９６時間連続して銅金属
に作用させた。
４．２４および９６時間後に試験片をとり出し、亜硫酸
中退マンガン酸カリウムで滴定して過酸化水素の濃度を
測定した。
結果を次の表に示す。
上の表の値は１００係過酸化水素の？／１３を表わす。
過酸化水素の安定性に関しては溶液３の組成が最適であ
る。
安定性および均一化効果に関しては溶液４の組成が好ま
しい。
以上本発明の詳細な説明したが、本発明の実施の態様は
次のとおりである。
（１）硫酸または燐酸のような鉱酸の一種またはそれ以
上と、過酸化水素およびクエン酸またはグルコン酸のよ
うなオキシ酸ならびに置換されたトリアゾールおよび（
または）一般式： （式中Ｒは２４個より少ない炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭
素鎖を表わし、ｎｌとｎ２との和は３０より少ないもの
とする） で表わされる第三アミンとを組み合わせたものを含有す
ることを特徴とする銅および銅合金の洗浄溶液。
（２）オキシ酸を濃度５〜１００ ？／ｌのクエン酸に
し、前記第１項に記載の溶液。
（３）過酸化水素２〜５０ ？、／１３を含有する前記
第１項に記載の溶液。
（４）式： で表わされる脂肪族アミン０．０１〜５Ｆ／ｌを含有す
る、前記第１項に記載の溶液。
（５）ベンゾトリアゾール０．０１〜５？／ｌを含有す
る前記第１項に記載の溶液。
（６）硫酸５〜１２．５ ？／ｌを含有する前記第１項
に記載の溶液。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 硫酸または燐酸のような鉱酸の一種またはそれ以上
    と、過酸化水素およびクエン酸またはグルコン酸のよう
    なオキシ酸ならびに置換されたトリアゾールおよび（ま
    たは）一般式： （式中Ｒは２４個より少ない炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭
    素鎖を表わし、ｎ、とｎ２との和は３０よりこ少ないも
    のとする） で表わされる第三アミンとを組み合わせたものを含有す
    ることを特徴とする銅および銅合金の洗浄溶液。
