Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、アイスクリーム、ようかん等を入れて、食べ
る量、人数等に合わせて外装を取り除くことにより、内
容物を取り出し、残りの内容物を冠せ蓋により再閉鎖し
て保存するという容器に係り、特に、胴部紙材に外向両
面より半切線を設けて外装の取り除きを容易ならしめる
とともに、内容物の漏出等を完全に防止しうるという従
来にない特徴を有するカッティング・カートンに関する
。
図により本考案の一実施例を説明すると、第１図及び第
２図はそれぞれ本考案に係るカッティリング・カートン
の構成部材たる紙容器Ａの外面側より見た展開図及び冠
せ蓋Ｂの斜視図であって、図中、１０，１１，１２．１
３は側板、１４は貼着片、１５，１６，１７．１８は蓋
板、１９，２０，２１．２２は底板を表し、１，２は横
半切線、３は側板１０の端縁、４，５は斜半切線、６は
貼着片１４の端縁、７は摘持部、８は切込線、９はつな
ぎ部を表す。
横半切線１と斜半切線４とは外面側より紙厚の略半分の
深さまで穿設してあり、横半切線２と斜半切線５とは内
面側より紙厚の略半分の深さまで穿設しである。
而して、横半切線２は横半切線１に近接した上方に設け
てあり、斜半切線５は斜半切線４に近接した下方に設け
である。
但し、最上段の横半切線１に近接して設けた横半切線２
０は横半切線１の下方に設けた最上段の横手切線１，１
間が切離しやすいようにしである。
又、最下段の横手切線１，１間には斜半切線４，５を設
けていないが、これは最下段の横手切線１，１間が比較
的中挟であるため斜半切線４，５を設けて切離し始めに
切離しやすくするというような必要性がないためであっ
て、本考案に係るカッティング・カートンは、このよう
に全ての横手切線１，１間を比較的中挟なものとすれば
斜半切線４，５を全て省略してもよい。
摘持部７は端縁３よりも若干突出させて設けてあり、つ
なぎ部９は貼着片１４の両側端部に設けである。
本考案に係る紙容器Ａはアイスクリーム等内容物の種類
によっては内面にポリエチレン等の防湿性を有する合成
樹脂を積層することが好ましい。
冠せ蓋Ｂはプラスチックスの真空成形物からなる。
組立、使用に当っては、貼着片１４を側板１０に貼着し
、底板１９，２０，２１．２２を閉鎖した後、内容物を
収納し、蓋板１５，１６，１７．１８を閉鎖して第３図
の状態とし、冠せ蓋Ｂを冠せて販売に供する。
購買者が飲食する際には容器体の縦稜線より突出してい
る摘持部７を摘持して横方向に牽引すれば、第４図に示
すように斜半切線４，５間及び横手切線１，２間が眉間
剥離して斜半切縁４、横半切線１間が切離し、続いて、
横手切線１，２間が層間剥離して紙容器Ａの頭部を完全
に切離し、内容物頭部を露出させることができる。
内容物を所望量食した後は冠せ蓋Ｂを冠せて再閉鎖する
。
本考案は上述の構成を有するため、内容物を所望量だけ
極めて容易に露出することができ、外内両面からの半切
線としたため内容物の漏出をも完全に防止しうるという
顕著な効果を有する。
さらに容器の胴部に横半切線の途中の位置より斜め下方
に向って斜半切縁が穿設されているため、切離されるべ
き胴部の各片が幅広なものであっても、この斜半切縁が
リード部分として作用して正確かつスムーズな切離がな
しえる。
しかも、上記斜半切縁があるにも拘らず、横半切線が胴
部全周に互って穿設されているので、切離端縁は全周に
亙って容器長手方向に対して直角に切離されることにな
る。
従って、切離後の容器上縁部は水平に維持されるため冠
せ蓋で完全に密閉でき、内容物の長期間の保存が可能と
なる。

図は本考案の一実施例を示し、第１図及び第２図は本考
案に係るカッティング・カートンの構成部材たる紙容器
Ａの外面側から見た展開図及び冠せ蓋Ｂの斜視図であり
、第３図は紙容器Ａの組立完了後の斜視図、第４図は使
用状態を示す斜視図である。 図の主要な部分を表わす符号の説明 １，２・・・・・
・横半切線、３・・・・・・側板１０の端縁、４，５・
・・・・・斜半切縁、６・・・・・・貼着片１４の端縁
、７・・・・・・摘持部、８・・・・・・切込線、９・
・・・・・つなぎ部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 縦筒状の胴部を有する紙容器Ａと冠せ蓋Ｂとからなり、
    紙容器Ａは胴部に紙厚の略半分の深さの横半切線１，２
    が外内両面側より、内面側よりの横半切線２が外面側よ
    りの横半切線１に近接した上方に位置するように設け、
    胴貼部の外側端縁３に向って横半切線１，２の途中の位
    置より斜め下方に向って斜半切線４，５を、内面側より
    の斜半切線５が外面側よりの斜半切線４に近接した下方
    に位置するように設け、外側端縁３のうち斜半切線４，
    ５と横半切線１，２との間の部分を突出させて胴貼部の
    内側端縁６と貼着しない摘持部７としたものからなるカ
    ッティング・カートン。
